I am not sure what it is about Dunk' Donuts in Orlando, Florida but the two that I have frequented to so far have all turned out downright phenomenal. Maybe it is just me because I have a late start in the morning and usually miss out on the free breakfast at the hotel where I stay at so by the time I leave it is that in between end of breakfast shift and start of lunch shift. Typically this is pretty slow time yet somehow I always manage to come in when there are a crowd around. Multiple times I have had to wait because after all it is a Dunkin' Donut we're talking about so it's not like there are a ton of people working. At best you have 3 people but sometimes you just get 2. Not to mention there is also the drive thru so that also adds to the amount of orders. Needless so say I am a patient guy so I will wait patiently and every time I have waited the wait staff have always hooked me up. At one of the locations up the street one of the ladies that was on shift even gave me a discount because I came in there multiple times in the same week. She even called me a regular. Though I suppose when your expense reports have as many receipts from Dunkin as I do, I am probably a regular, haha!!
Earlier today, I was at this particular location and I waited patiently as always because there was a large order ahead of me and there were only 2 people working. The lady that was in charge thanked me for waiting patiently and hooked me up with an extra order of hash browns.
If I can wait a few extra minutes for some free hash browns I will do it in a heart beat!!! :-)
Anyways, I just wanted to leave you all a little review and I hope you guys continue to get longs times to keep the business going.
Also, as an aside, this location has conference room available to rent at $58/hour. There is also free wifi available (not sure about their speed). There is also a public terminal that people can use. On the weekends I've seen the same young man come in watching videos on YouTube and getting his phone and laptop charged up.
All in all a really quiet place and a nice...
Read moreI was at this location this weekend . I had a pain in the neck order so I went inside . The four stars are for the crew and the less one star is for the manager and this message is directly for you . I went in and witnessed your crew stressed out and it had everything to do with you . You are in a leadership position and yelling and treating them the way I witnessed is uncalled for . These are someone kids and someone’s loved ones and your job is to lead them to get the best production out of them and they be one who needs training is you. I had to motivate your crew because I couldn’t stand by and see that . It’s not that serious . Coffee is not that serious and this goes for all of those giving this team a hard time . We are humans first try treating them as such . I know for a fact Dunkin employees are underpaid and they need that job so management has to do better and I hope the owner offers leadership training to its management so the team is motivated to give its best and to the rest of Orlando complaining about the coffee order it’s just coffee . That give no right to put these humans in this position just stop !! And team - praying for you all . This is not your forever calling never forget that and anyone who gives you a hard time can make their own coffee at...
Read moreI've been through hell n back lately dealing with life on life's terms and upon coming to this DD right up the street from me for the first time, I was blessed with great service by great morning management, And great staff as well as just great people in general. I'm not the type of person to blow smoke, so i mean each word said here. The simplicity of a conversation, and sharing restored a much needed smile and joy within my heart during a VERY tough time. While sitting and eating here these last couple days, I've I noticed the professionalism customers were greeted with, the timely service and how I'm assuming, they're regulars, but truthfully could've been a new customer cause they treated everyone the same, as if they were treated as friends/acquaintances and not as customers only worth the value of what's spent or the sale. If you're in the area, and possibly in a hurry this DD is the place to stop. Have a blessed day! From the bottom of my heart TY to the entire staff. Hope you guys don't go unnoticed by your company. The ability to greet people with a smile, courtesy, respect and genuineness is lost these days and, It was extremely great to see it, ESPECIALLY, in so many young individuals like yourselves. Again have a blessed day! Look forward...
