They make it so difficult to talk to the pharmacy as THE WORKERS WILL PICK UP THE PHONE AND PLACE YOU ON HOLD MULTIPLE TIMES CAUSING THE CALL TO DROP AND YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! It took 1 hour to get someone to help and god forbid if you have any questions because they rush the heck out of that call! So you canāt dedicate 5 minutes yet expect your patients/customers to dedicate more than an hour to be assisted? Thatās ridiculous. Itās not even the outdated automatic system they use to āhelpā you (FYI it usually is not as useful as the situation is more complicated)- itās trying to get a solution to your problem that THEY could have solved as I have been getting my prescription from here for a year or so and have paid out of pocket using the RX discount card, yet still have me under insurance which I donāt have AND IāVE TOLD THAT TO THE EMPLOYEE IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE MANY TIMES! This causes the medication to be on hold and their only solution is to call the pharmacy which I DREAD because of the previous issue mentioned and the crappy, deadpan, and rushed attitude from employees. Super stressful for those who not only need their medications but makes it even harder for those who need to maintain taking their medications regularly at a consistent schedule. One pharmacist yelled at my doctor (I was on speaker phone), one tried to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover my medicine - she HAD to change it - I'm uninsured. They've substituted meds without my permission (not to a generic, to a whole different medication that is "similar"), sent texts that scripts are filled and when I get there hours later, they aren't, and now, after I called to verify my prescription was filled, and the pharmacist verified it was all there, an hour later, they "only have 5" and "hope to have it in by the time 5 days are up." Because I love leaving work early (without pay) so much I'd love to do it again and again. And love being without meds that keep me alive. It's a mess and the excuse is always "we're busy." Ready to change to CVS.
