Checkers — Restaurant in Orlando

Why is it nowadays that every fast food restaurant has to pull the scam of making you move from the drive-thru window to make it look like they're doing their job faster. I had to drive up and order my food. Pay for my food. Then completely leave the drive-through drive around the whole building and pull up on the other side. Other than the fact this is a total opposite of fast food it's just messed up. If I'm not fast enough at my job there's repercussions. If you're not fast at a fast food restaurant drive-thru all they do is have you pull up to get off the sensor. Obviously bad management and ownership. Also the kids chicken nugget meal is just basically french fries with three pieces of popcorn chicken on it. It's Checkers what can you expect I guess. And don't get me started on this horrible AI type of way they take your order in the Drive-Thru. It seems like AI from 2001. I would have rather written it down and handed it to the person then had to deal with that machine again. Hire more than one employee and stop being cheap you rip us off on the food you could at least pay people...

I would give this 0 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. First of all, not one employee was wearing their mask correctly, if at all. Also, the employees had no knowledge about their food. After they gave me my food, I asked what oil they cook in because I have a peanut allergy. Then the employees wasn’t sure so he asked the manager and she shrugged carelessly. Then he began to yell at us “DONT EAT THE FOOD! DONT EAT THE FOOD!”. This was after I had paid and been handed my food. Also, we sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for the rest of our order and they were just sitting there not doing anything. We had to remind them that we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and after a couple more minutes they gave it to us. Then we left the drive-through and when we checked their bags we realized they forgot our loaded fries so we walked to the front of the store to tell the manager. We told her they forgot our loaded fries and she rudely refused to give it to us claiming we didn’t pay for it but we did and it was on the receipt. We will not go to this location or any other checkers...

THIS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR! THE MANAGER & STAFF WERE VERY RUDE!!! They told us to go to a different line because there was only one cashier. When we had looked back there were already 3 cars in the next line. Yet we were there first. So we got into the next lane & asked why we couldn't order in the other line. The girl said because they were understaffed, we asked why they couldn't turn off the lights for that lane or put a cone there? She said that we didn't have to eat here. So we asked for the manager and he said to pull up to the window. The manager just kept saying that they were understaffed and that he was sorry. He didn't try to fix the problem at all. We will not be coming back to this place. It should honestly be shut down if it is that understaffed. Just...
