If I could rate this place -5 star, I would. I placed a mobile order to have it picked up via drive thru (which is an option on the app mind you), pulled up to get the order, the MANAGER really says âyou have to come inside to get your food im way too backed up with uber eats and mobile orders, also your food isnât even ready yetââŚ. um? excuse me? I park to wait until it says ready on the app because my whole point was to pick up via drive thru. I wait a few minutes til it says my food is ready on the app & I go back around the drive thru. Not only was this manager extremely rude and had lots of attitude, he tried to tell ME what to do, and thatâs where he crossed the line. He said & I quote âNEXT TIME YALL GONNA HAVE TO COME INSIDE OR ELSE AFTER 6 MINUTES WE THROWIN AWAY THE FOODâ, who is he to tell me what to do & how to get my food? Maybe if he asked nicely I wouldnât have had a problem but the attitude was there from the jump. I proceed to tell him that on the app it says for me to pull up to the drive thru window and let it be known that my order is ready. He continues to try to justify his actions by saying âYou should of just came inside it was ready for you to get picked up idk why you keep coming to the drive thruâ, I mentioned again that I did not order for pickup inside I ordered for DRIVE THRU PICK UP and not only that, the first time I went around he mentioned my food wasnât even ready? I had two children to order for including my autistic son, and we are not familiar with the menu. A girl asked to take our order and I asked for a moment to look at the menu. Immediately a manâs voice asked us again to order. I said please give me a moment. Then the girl again asked me to order and then again the man. In a matter of 30 seconds of my kids trying to look at the menu they asked us at least 6 times to order. Each time I said please give us a moment. I ordered (as the man rushed me) two items and pulled up to the window. I was very frustrated as Iâd never been so pushed to order in my life! Especially given we were the only car in line and it was not a busy time! I pull to the window and the girl opens the window. I immediately hear the man whoâd been rushing us to order say, âyouâve got to be forceful make them order otherwise they sit out there all night.    Read moreStopped here around 2:45 pm. It was not busy and there was only 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. Ordered a #2 (3 soft shell supreme tacos). Got the order super fast but it was hard shells instead of soft. Pulled around and parked to go inside to get the ordered corrected. Stood at the front for at least 3 minutes while the lady helping at the drive thru saw me but didn't acknowledge I was there. She came over and I explained that I was given the wrong items in the order. She had the young man in the back remake the tacos. When he handed me the bag, he gave me a really nasty look. I left and then realized that the tacos were not supreme like what I paid for. Every single time I come to this location it's always something... system is down and they can't take orders, out of basic items like steak or beef, the order being completely wrong or at the very least, the order is missing items. One time I had to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes to get our order that I placed online before their system "went down". This location is the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. I make sure to tell our family to avoid this particular location because it is nothing but a headache.
