My sons Xbox stopped working suddenly and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I did some research and found this place on google with great reviews and decided to try them out and see for myself. I can tell you they have great reviews for a reason. I called them in the morning and explained the issue I was having. They explained to me what the issues could be and asked me to bring it in so they could take a look. When I got there I was helped right away and was given a quote on 3 different scenarios that could be wrong. They didn’t charge me to trouble shoot it either. I left and within a couple of hours I had a call back to tell me they found the issue and they asked if they could proceed with the repair. The price was still within the 3 scenario’s they gave me so I approved it. Shortly after I got a call back that the repair was done and the Xbox was ready for pickup. The price didn’t change and they didn’t try pushing other repairs or extra prices for anything. The price stayed the same which I loved and it was all done within a matter of hours. My son had his Xbox back the same day and I didn’t have to go buy a brand new Xbox so it was light on my wallet. I would definitely come here again. Very professional and affordable prices. I recently went on vacation with my family and the day before our trip my daughters Nintendo switch broke and they were able to fix it within a couple of hours to my surprise and at a reasonable price at that, I was sure they wouldn’t be able to get it done soon but they did. After coming back from vacation I had the worse luck that my Xbox series x wasn’t turning on, I took it to them because they charged half the price that Microsoft was trying to charge me to get it fixed and ship it to them which would have taken at least 2 weeks turn around time. They were able to get it done in a day costing me half of what Microsoft would have paid along with that they were able to give me a discount for fixing my stick drift problem in my Xbox controller as well. If you ever need something repaired, COME HERE. Me and my dad tried repairing our xbox series x because its hdmi port was completely destroyed and we attempted to repair it ourselves, however we didn’t succeed. We called multiple places and they were charging insane prices for the repair/putting together the xbox. But then the knight in shining armor of electronic repairs presented itself, and by every single means, our experience was perfect. Not only were the people here welcoming and sweet, they were so full of energy. They worked fast and got the job done in 1 hour!! We were out while the work was being done, and despite being 20 minutes late past closing time, they waited for us to arrive!!
