Run to the Clermont location instead! Let's start with the only "pro", three employees, Jackson, Daria, and Maria (?), were lovely. Now, all of the cons: (1) The restaurant is extremely small and the manager is a jerk that clearly doesn't understand queue management (we went today - it was not opening day, which maybe would have justified some of the chaos). Manager put orange cones in all the parking spaces close to the building to manage capacity, which just forces customers to park in the back, since no one has any clue that is the intention unless they ask. When several people went to sit at tables - none of which are ADA compliant, btw - the manager argued with them that policy required them to stand in line with their party until they got their food. There is no room to move between the ordering queue and the soda machines near the door, which resulted in crowds in every aisleway due to the manager's 'policy' that everyone must stand until they have finaled their order.
In our party, we had a disabled adult (70+ yrs old with obvious mobility issues) and a disabled child (autism) that were made to stand at the very small, very crowded front in the way of the servers while we waited in line to order, creating all kinds of headaches and hazards (and many other angry customers who were forced to do the same). The manager angrily reiterated the policy to several parties (no order = no sitting) and got hostile with several guests while enforcing his 'policy.' Just terrible customer service and management (Why not have an employee stand outside to let people in once there is space - put out some chairs for those waiting that are not able to stand long periods? Have them wait in their car with a buzzer? Anything is better than the fire hazard and uncomfortableness of requiring everyone to stand in a tiny space in front of the registers!). Heard three servers apologize to other guests for the manager's nastiness.
(2) The facilities were not clean. The floors looked like they were original from when the building was a Boston Market and had not been cleaned since that time - caked with dirt. The bathrooms looked similarly old and dirty for a new restaurant. There was no ice and some kind of flood/leak of water out the back of the restaurant creating a little pond where we parked (again, had to park in the back because of the manager's bright idea to put cones in front of the spots near the building for crowd control, though you have no idea that is the intention until after you park).
Overall, a poorly managed, dirty location. We had high hopes but will be going to Clermont if we ever feel like...
Read moreMy husband and my son and I went there last night at around 8:30 PM. When we walked in there were about three patrons eating. I walked into the women’s bathroom. It appeared clean. The floors were just mopped and everything was OK. My husband walked into the men’s bathroom. He said it smelled like a dirty mop, and the floor was Still wet from being cleaned. Then we proceeded to order our food at the register. There was a lady cleaning and mopping the dining area as we were ordering. Once we took our number, we went to sit at a booth and awaited the arrival of our food next thing you know the same lady that was mopping the floor, rolled a wet door mat and put it behind my son’s seat, takes off her gloves and proceeds to go to the food section, picks up our trays and brings it to us. She asked us if we wanted anything else with our order. So I asked her I said, “Miss, did you wash your hands after you cleaned, before touching our trays of food? She said no, but I had gloves on which I took off. I immediately asked for a refund, even though she offered to remake the entire order for us because in my opinion, I didn’t feel like the place was sanitary. Who’s to say if her hands were clean prior to putting on gloves? Who’s to say the gloves are 100% protective and sanitary?
As I got my refund the nice cashier person ask the same lady that was mopping and served us our food for her Fingerprint so that the machine can give us a refund so I guess that lady who served us our food with unwashed hands was leadership. Needless to say as much as I was looking forward to trying Fazoli‘s, I will not be coming back to...

I grew up enjoying Fazoli’s, but my recent experience has led me to decide never to support this franchise again. I was shocked and appalled to find not one, not two, but three hairs in my pasta. This level of negligence in food handling is unacceptable.
Despite tipping the staff prior to my meal, I received a lukewarm greeting at best. They barely acknowledged my presence, and there was no sign of gratitude when I interacted with them. This lack of basic customer service set a disappointing tone for the visit.
After discovering the hairs in my food, I spoke with the manager and suggested that the kitchen staff should wear hairnets. Her response was dismissive and condescending, insisting that the staff were already wearing hairnets. However, it was evident to me that the entire staff, who were frequently in and out of the kitchen, were not wearing hairnets at all. It’s one thing to assure me of protocols, but don’t treat me as if I’m blind when I’m clearly observing the opposite.
I was offered a remake of my meal, but I decided to take my business elsewhere. This experience was wholly disappointing, and I cannot recommend Fazoli’s to anyone. As a seasoned manager myself, I strongly advise this location to find immediate solutions to these glaring issues. Customer service and food safety should be top priorities, and this experience has shown me that they are severely lacking at...
