Whenever I come for breakfast, I get poor customer service AND lately I haven't even been able to get breakfast at all. I stopped coming to this location in July when they gave me an AM Crunchwrap and it tasted HORRIBLE! Then I thought, "Hey why not give this place another chance?" At first it was great, they got rid of the older woman who doesn't know how to make ice coffee and had a terrible attitude. IT was going great for a couple of visits then last Thursday they told me they ran out of eggs, okay that's fine because I did come at about 10:30 AM, I am by no means an early bird. What really pushed me off the ledge was that I came today to get my usual AM Crunchwrap and two different people ask me to "hang on a minute" then they proceed to tell me that the eggs are "down." I had to ask for clarification and then the young woman tells me that it takes 30 minutes for the eggs to cook, REALLY. So you are telling me that the eggs are "down" (cooking I presume) but yet breakfast ends in 30 minutes???? AND THEN they tell me they are only serving lunch right now, HOLD THE PHONE, the eggs are "down" now and you're not even going to be serving breakfast after 11AM. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO GO HERE AS WELL. This is NOT how you run a business, at least tell your employees to have better soft skills. Read moreToday my family and I went to this location. Went inside the Taco Bell and it was empty. Only us inside this location plus two employees. We were not welcome as we went in. When we order our food the cashier was very dry. We waited for the food and when went to pick our drinks and we we pored the first drink it is was tasteless. Second drink the same. We informed the cashier what was happening with the fountain drink and she turned around and told the cook what was going on and the cook looked at us and said " I am the only one cooking I can not fix it now" then she gave us a rude look. We said ok we will wait. We were given our food and when we sat down we were missing a food item. Went to the front and told them that I was missing something and brought them the receipt again the cashier looked at the cook and she again( the cook) gave a dirty look. They gave me my missing item and when I open it it was very sloppy and messy. I waited to see if they fixed the fountain drinks. Two more employees came. We mentioned it again.
