Whenever I come for breakfast, I get poor customer service AND lately I haven't even been able to get breakfast at all. I stopped coming to this location in July when they gave me an AM Crunchwrap and it tasted HORRIBLE! Then I thought, "Hey why not give this place another chance?" At first it was great, they got rid of the older woman who doesn't know how to make ice coffee and had a terrible attitude. IT was going great for a couple of visits then last Thursday they told me they ran out of eggs, okay that's fine because I did come at about 10:30 AM, I am by no means an early bird. What really pushed me off the ledge was that I came today to get my usual AM Crunchwrap and two different people ask me to "hang on a minute" then they proceed to tell me that the eggs are "down." I had to ask for clarification and then the young woman tells me that it takes 30 minutes for the eggs to cook, REALLY. So you are telling me that the eggs are "down" (cooking I presume) but yet breakfast ends in 30 minutes???? AND THEN they tell me they are only serving lunch right now, HOLD THE PHONE, the eggs are "down" now and you're not even going to be serving breakfast after 11AM. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO GO HERE AS WELL. This is NOT how you run a business, at least tell your employees to have better soft skills. I will continue to go to the Taco Bell located off University Blvd and Semoran Blvd, the BEST customer service and when I went there they were still serving...

If you’re a new employee to this restaurant chain, PLEASE PRIORITIZE CUSTOMERS MORE EFFICIENTLY! After filling up the cup with drinks & charging my card at the drive-thru, YOU SERVICE A INBOUND DRIVER (2 cars after me) WITH HIS ORDER WHILE I WAIT ON YOU FOR 5-MINUTES NEXT TO THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW???🤨 YOU JUST LET MY DRINKS STAND THERE FOR 5mins WHILE YOU ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THIS CUSTOMER WITH YOYR HANDS UP IN THE AIR? I hope flies did not fly into my drinks! THEN YOU WIPE YOUR DIRTY SHIRT WITH YOUR BARE HANDS SO YOU COULD USE THOSE SAME HANDS TO COVER MY DRINKS WITH A LID BEFORE SERVING IT TO ME???? This new drive-thru staffer did JUST THAT as he looked confused & couldn’t get his priorities w/ customers in order. Taking this newcomer’s order as if I did not exist told me clearly that I was not a priority even though my car was LITERALLY next to the drive thru window! He couldn’t even have that newcomer be put on hold so he could immediately prepare my drinks after charging my card! You’re SALES-focused & prioritize that OVER beverage/food-quality which could impact customer health!

Today my family and I went to this location. Went inside the Taco Bell and it was empty. Only us inside this location plus two employees. We were not welcome as we went in. When we order our food the cashier was very dry. We waited for the food and when went to pick our drinks and we we pored the first drink it is was tasteless. Second drink the same. We informed the cashier what was happening with the fountain drink and she turned around and told the cook what was going on and the cook looked at us and said " I am the only one cooking I can not fix it now" then she gave us a rude look. We said ok we will wait. We were given our food and when we sat down we were missing a food item. Went to the front and told them that I was missing something and brought them the receipt again the cashier looked at the cook and she again( the cook) gave a dirty look. They gave me my missing item and when I open it it was very sloppy and messy. I waited to see if they fixed the fountain drinks. Two more employees came. We mentioned it again. And no one fixed the issue. They were literally standing around because doing nothing laying against the wall with their hands crossed. Just a couple of customers came in barely busy. I had an extremely positive review on here for this location but I could not in good conscience leave it up. They used to be fast and accurate and they were one of the only taco bells that actually labeled everything. This location seems to have gone downhill fast. They are still fast and accurate, but they have not labeled our last few orders or used the correct wrappers so you have to open every burrito or guess and hope for the best. It's hard to tell based on the picture, but the cheese sauce for the nachos was barely 1/3 full. When you factor in the extent to which they have jacked up their prices and the amount of cheese sauce that was in the container I think the same amount in actual gold would have been cheaper. It seems like almost every item had less actual food in it than they used to serve. This is just my opinion, but I remember years ago when I worked in fast food you would occasionally get a manager that thinks they can get themselves promoted by increasing profits at the expense of quality. Guess what? You won't have any profit at all when this location shuts down because you robbed your customers. I literally feel like I just got robbed, and we won't be back to this location until something changes.

I was being nothing but polite and kind to the cashier (kaletah C/ melanated shorter woman) and had asked for an ice coffee with my meal in which she gave me a hot coffee in a plastic cup with light ice. When I had brought it up to her attention, she was gaslighting saying that it was cold in front of other employees. I told the other gentleman to feel it so they could under stand where I’m coming from and they took the coffee. She then gave me another coffee but warmer coffee and with lighter ice. I had told her I ordered an iced coffee, not hot or warm politely and she had given me more of an attitude and then gave me iced coffee most of it being watered down containing just creamer. I eventually left because I had to go to work. They took another 5-10 minutes getting the THIRD coffee. I ended up late to work because of this incident. TERRIBLE service.

Paid 70 cent for extra cheese and both times I didn't get what I paid for. Night manager was so rude after HE TOLD HIS EMPLOYEE TO LET ME IN HE DIDN'T EVEN LET ME TALK AND STARTED YELLING FOR ME TO GET OUT!!! REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER FOR THE OWNER OR EVEN CORPORATE!!! I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE AND THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHEESE. CHEESE FRIES WE'RE COLD STILL AFTER 2ND TIME. Re: Day Manager Michael was really awesome. He listened to my complaint and apologized for the night manager attitude towards me. He replaced my order correctly.
