They are the absolute best when it comes to screen protectors ! Lol I tried everything myself and they always looked bubbly and were horrible quality I went there once and had geek squad do it lol I'm not even kidding I will never even attempt it myself again idk how they do it but it looks unbelievably perfect everytime like no bubbles whatsoever and I can vouch for the quality because I drop my phone on my concrete porch and yeah my screen protector looks horrible after a while but my actual phone is like new when you pull it off. I thought the 1st time it was that perfect I was just lucky lol š like wow he's just really good at it.....it was that perfect looking. Thankfully either I've been lucky every time since or they're all just awesome at it lol
šUPDATE : lol I'd dropped my phone on my porch again so I went back to buy another screen protector the guy I dealt with was truly awesome he really went above & beyond I wish I would've gotten his name. I've bought 3 of these screen protectors & had them put it on each time he's the 1st person to ever let me know that I have a lifetime warranty on that screen protector so I don't have to pay for another one. He really tried to get me my money back but the thing didn't go through in time he was waiting on something to show up online on their end. I looked around for a while but honestly I'd already planned on buying it anyways so it wasn't a huge deal he was so nice & that info is definitely saving me money in the future I appreciate it so much I only wish the other sales people were as helpful and knowledgeable (I've spent a little over 150 on screen protectors and been paying them to put them on when I should'nt have had to pay after buying the 1st one that would've saved me over 100.00). If I would've waited longer I'm sure he would've gave me a refund he really did try he told me I really want to give you a refund but like I said I'd planned on paying anyways his help and info was more than worth it.

I appreciate you so much I know you really did try and I appreciate your honesty and telling me about the lifetime warranty soooooo much ā¤ļø Your definitely the best person I've dealt with. I don't want to say more honest necessarily because it could've just been a mistake that nobody else told me but it definitely kind of rubs me the wrong way that I spend money in there all the time and your the only person to ever let me know that and try to give me a refund. Everyone else was happy to let me keep buying them and paying for installation.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy crypto wallet pooped the bed with over $100,000 on it ,and I was freaking out . this was the only place in the metropolitan area that I could find crypto wallets for sale. I have not been to a Best buy facility or brick and mortar ....I should say..in probably 12 /14 years. Nothing's changed except it's a lot more empty ,with a lot more geeks standing around talking geek stuff ,and not helping the customer. I had to find it on my own, after asking one of the employees where they would be located ? He pointed his plump finger over and said they are somewhere around the Microsoft section... Without even looking at me... instead of standing up and walking me over to where they are located and helping me. which really was piss poor and not okay. Of course they were under lock and key .. so I decided to take the long way around to the group of yellow and blue shirted boys; all sitting in a circle talking about hard drives; and see if any of the nine.... Yes nine, of them would glance over and help me on their own without me asking.I noticed the manager watched me from the back of the office area ...but didn't offer to do anything or any help.. when our eyes locked, I thought,finally he would offer to help me. Not a word... He looked down and pretended like he didn't see me. I went to a fit pleasant looking employee and asked them to unlock The cabinet for me and it turned out to be an AT&t rep ... we were both very embarrassed ....he said go ask one of those guys... I said.. oh all of the ones that are just talking and not working???? and he just smirked and laughed. I felt like I was back in the '80s ....a whole lot of people there doing a whole lot of nothing except what they shouldn't be doing ...customer service ,which was for me ....well, a hard drive dream I guess. I finally got one of them to unlock and check me out after point blank asking them and interrupting their conversation about hard drives.... It will probably be another .....never...., that I go there again. What a disgrace, whoever the manager for that shift was ,should be fired, along with the rest of them. I'm still pinching myself and asking wss that a bad dream .....shame on Best buy. I don't recommend,unless you have to go like I had to for the stupid...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm in need of a new laptop so I went to Best Buy to check out the Microsoft surface. When I walked in the section for Microsoft area there were 2 salesman one was working with a customer and the other seemed to be standing around. As I stood around waiting for be help a woman walked up and the salesperson that was standing around offered to help her. I heard the one working with the customer call for help to his department as well as the Apple section. I waited after about 5 minutes I asked if help was coming? He mumbled something under his mask that I couldn't understand, which I said to him. I waited another 5 minutes, and after 10 minutes waiting and not being acknowledged I let it be known that they lost a sell today. From there I walked to the Google Chromebooks. The salesperson there was obviously doing something off to the side. He would look at me then look back to whatever he was looking at. That went on for about 4 times him never acknowledging me. Finally I said to him are you on the phone? He said no then he walked over to what ever he was doing and I'm assuming he turned it off. I asked him what he had if anything comparable to the Microsoft surface? He said"what"? So I asked the question again. He said "I don't understand the question". At that point it was very clear he had no idea what comparable meant. I then said what do the Google Chrome and the Microsoft surface have in common if anything? He said to me " tell me what the Surface does and I will tell you what the Chrome Book dose". I was so shocked at we said all I could do was laugh! I was so stunned I let him have it. I told him he was the worst salesperson ever, a good salesperson knows his competition. I then had left the store shaking my head! My experience in Best Buy that day told me two things, (1) by not acknowledging customers waiting to be helped they don't care about the money they are passing up, (2) they don't encourage their salespeople to explore other merchandise within the category they sale.
