BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AS A BUYER AND SELLER. I contacted this story to see if they would be interested in buying my comic books I also informed them I'm not a seller that thinks all my items are worth there weight in gold but at the same time please don't waist my time. They informed me they would but I would have to make an appointment because I had over 1000+ books. So I did and waited a week. When I showed up for my appointment no one was there to help me and the store was packed. Also I was only there for 30 mins, so why did I make an appointment? I was offered less than $0.25 per book as you can see from the random books I pulled out in my photos I was being SCAMMED and worse of all my time was wasted. NOTICE: I noticed something while I was walking around the store I've never seen before. If you fever go into a video game store, there's a good mark up on items with value like if Mario 64 is selling on eBay for $35 a local store will have a mark up so the game would be closer to $50 which is fine that's their Hussle but at least the game has some value. NOT AT THIS STORE would they do it take a book that maybe would be $5 on eBay (gem mint) and have it graded so this book that's worth practical nothing has a 9.2 grade on it and they ask $800 for it and put it in a case. They have all these different "rare" figures but they take them out of the boxes so they can display but then put the boxes on the ground under the comic book bins. So constantly ppl are kicking and damaging the boxes. So when you buy a "rare" figure (nothing you can't find on eBay) not only is it open and used but the box is trash too. They have about a 40-45% mark up on those as well. I hate to write bad reviews but this place is awful.

The staff here have always been super friendly and helpful. I've gone to multiple events and lorcana league most Thursdays for the past year, and have no complaints. The Lorcana community there is awesome. People are willing to help with building decks and teach how to play the game. Its also a great place to do trades. The store always has fun promotions going on for comic books, cards, and board games. Which reminds me I gotta go back tomorrow and roll that D20 so I can hopefully finish defeating the boss, and get that gold! It's also nice to see they have a day for pretty much ever major card game or table top game fan to enjoy the store in their own niche way. I highly recommend checking the store out if you like to to play games, read, meet new cool people, or simply just have fun. Pictures show some of my greatest prizes from playing in the lorcana league and the latest promotion the store is running.

I am leaving a one-star review due to the disappointing pricing practices observed at this store, which is supposed to serve as a haven for collectors and hobbyists. On the release day of a Pokemon: Prismatic Evolutions that should reasonably retail for $60, it was instead being sold for $100. This practice is particularly disheartening because it mirrors the behavior of scalpers—the very issue the collectible community strives to combat.

To see a business so ingrained in our community participate in such pricing strategies is both surprising and disappointing. Many collectors and gamers rely on stores like this to provide fair access to products at their intended retail prices, especially on release day. By pricing so far above the suggested retail, it feels as though this store prioritizes short-term profit over long-term trust and loyalty from its customer base.

While I understand the argument that market demand may justify higher prices, I believe a collectible store has a responsibility to ensure products are accessible to the community it serves, especially on launch days. Supporting the collector and gaming community should be the cornerstone of a store like this, not engaging in pricing practices that alienate the very customers who make up its foundation.

Regrettably, I cannot see myself or my friends supporting this business in the future unless there is a change in approach. I hope this feedback encourages the store to reconsider its policies to better align with the needs and values of...

Not very happy with this store. I shop here all the time but today is the last day I will step foot in a Collision of Comics. I was refused a sale by CHRIS here. I was buying three comics and a tpb. I was refused one of the comics. He said it was one per customer. If I wanted the other he would sell it to me tomorrow. I would understand if they were low on that particular issue, but they had many on the shelf. Makes no sense. I try to support local comic shops and I spend a lot of money in them. It is easier and CHEAPER to buy off Amazon. But I try to be loyal. Unfortunately this company IS NOT loyal to repeat customers. This is the second bad experience I've had with this chain. The other was a just released variant comic that THEY priced and they wouldn't honor the price that THEY posted on the comic. Guess they can change their own pricing at the register? Whatever happened to a company being loyal to those that keep then running. So for refusing a sale of one $5 comic they lost a customer that was a very frequent buyer. There are other better comic stores that care about...
