I wish I could give 0 ⭐️Worst place ever came here first time because t-mobile gave me a coupon. An the manager Patty make my experience the worst one ever in my life, she doesn’t even let the cashier do what she’s supposed to because she constantly keeps telling her what to do. The manager with the same gloves that she portion the food touch the register without changing it disgusting. She’s very rude with me doesn’t even let me talk probably because I’m Spanish because the white people she didn’t talk to them as she did to me wich it’s racist and justify that saying she’s the manager.But she’s not the owner I wish a District Manager or someone higher can take care of who they hire in Oder to treat nice with respect and dignity their clients in order for them to come back. Any questions for more details I will be happy to answer because I know that I’m not the first or only one but not everyone take their time to said it and make sure it doesn’t...

THEEESE GUYYS ARE AMMMMMMAAAAZIIING!! from the moment I walk in the door, I’m greeted by everybody saying my name and hey welcome to Firehouse. It truly makes me feel like family. Everybody works super fast to try to get our food expedited as quickly as possible. With the exception of a few that like to stand around and play on their phones, they have a really great staff, shout out to Miss Paige and to this sweet little girl with glasses and pretty hair in a ponytail you guys are amazing. I love y’all! Keep doing a great job. I will not go to any other Firehouse. This is the cleanest and sweetest I’ve ever been. .. This is my home store. The food is always fresh and always taste good!!!! I always get the hook and ladder. It is one of my favorites and I am never let down. :) Love you guys thanks for always taking great care of me!!...

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed a delivery order after 45 minutes of waiting for the delivery driver to leave the store. I text the driver to see what was going on. The driver said they were still waiting. I called the store to find out what was happening, the girl who answered the phone got upset with my questions and hung up on me. The driver finally was able to deliver our food an hour after the order was placed. We live less than 2 miles from the store. When I brought the sealed bag in the house to open it I found that many items were missing from our order and what we did receive was cold. No reflection on the delivery driver. This is extremely horrible customer service and should not be allowed to continue. We will NEVER visit this...
