Ordered at 1:09pm, December 10, 2021. It was out for delivery at 1:38pm. By 3:33pm it was still not delivered (see attached screenshot). My wife called to ask for a refund, a lady answered, was irritated, insisted it had been delivered, but finally begrudgingly offered to initiate a refund. On December 16, 2021 a refund was not even showing as pending on my American Express Account, so I ordered another sandwich, this time for pickup. When I arrived I also inquired about this refund. The manager on duty said no refund had been initiated. The delivery man from the prior week was present, he insisted he delivered the food to 212 (probably the problem, as we live in 213). The manager subsequently spent 20 minutes trying verify the order, before finally saying he needed to give me a gift card. I told I wanted a refund. He said he needed to write down my credit card number and have a higher level manager perform the refund. The next day it was still not even showing as pending, so I visited the store again. The same manger was on duty and confirmed they had not even begun the process. He said he needed a higher manager to do the refund and his only option was to call them. I said I would prefer he did. He went into his office for about 15 minutes, came out, and without a word handed me his iPhone. I said “Hello” and a man said “how can I help you”. Admittedly stunned that manager on duty had potentially not even begun to provide the details of the issue, I told the story all over again. The manager on the phone proceeded to scold me for being irate—which is patently false, I never raised my voice once during any of these interactions, and was being quite calm given the circumstances (I think the manager on duty was trying to dress up the story to get action from his boss, which honestly is fine with me as long as I don’t get pulled into the drama). After 5 or so minutes of insulting me and explaining I was being unreasonable for expecting a refund because he had only learned of the issue 5 minutes prior I finally interrupted and explained this was my 3rd complaint over the course of 7 days and he needed to consider this a learning experience for his staff if he was in fact just learning of the issue. He said he would issue the refund when he had the time. It’s been 7 more days and there is not even a pending refund on my American Express. Please help—I have no idea what else to do, I’ve spent a lot of money in this store over the course of the year...

I've been really wanting Jimmy John's for some time now and haven't been able to get to one. I knew there were at least two in the area here and this one I randomly chose to come to. I realized later I should have ordered through the app but that was my mistake. I walked in and walked up and ordered immediately. By the time I finished paying they already had my sandwich made and ready to go. I realized after I left that I had made a mistake on my order but it was still an excellent sandwich and satisfied a craving that I had been having. Hopefully I will pay more attention or use the app so I am more likely to get things right on the first try. For a good sandwich I have always enjoyed Jimmy John's. Prices are reasonable and the service is freaky fast. My go-to sandwich is a #9 and even when I make a mistake it still...

The delivery man knocked very loudly over and over and woke up people in my home who need rest because they are sick. They didn’t cut the bread in half which I requested, they didn’t have all the ingredients I asked for on my sandwich. This is far from the only time they’ve messed up multiple things in my order.
