Foxtail Coffee - East Colonial — Restaurant in Orlando

We typically go to the Foxtail Winter Garden, where the service and coffee are both exceptional. However, this time we visited the E Colonial location at 9 AM on Sunday, August 31, 2025. The barista did not acknowledge us, even though we greeted her with a "good morning."

She was busy, so we patiently waited at the bar, giving her time to complete her order. Once she finished, she went to the checkout area and took another couple's order, so my husband stood in line behind them. As she prepared their drinks, it was already 9:33 AM, and she still didn't acknowledge us. She took an unusually long time to make just two coffees, not looking at us or speaking to us at all. It was as if we didn’t exist!

As we decided to get up and leave, she finally glanced at us but quickly turned away, seemingly indifferent to us leaving. The customer service was awful, and we won't be returning to...

I’m excited to share my experience at the Foxtail Coffee location on E. Colonial Drive. As soon as I walked in, the barista greeted me warmly. It was a quiet evening, likely due to the dinner hour, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The lighting was perfect—not too dim, not too bright. I highly recommend the minted green tea mocha, especially if you’re a fan of holiday drinks, which was one of the reasons I visited. My only disappointment was that the in-store promotion of "buy a $20 gift card, get one free" wasn’t available at this location. The barista mentioned that the offer was only valid online. I had spent $20 during my visit, so I missed out on the opportunity to get an additional $20 gift card for my next visit. Overall, the coffee was great, and the barista...

So disorganized… staff always forgets my order and I have to ask them to make it. Even while there were only 2 people in the shop. They’re nice but seem to never know what’s going on and I have to repeat my order a few times. Then was asked what I ordered while the ticket was in their hand… love their coffee but the service is what will be keeping me from coming back. This was my third time in w the same two staff members and it’s the same issues. The last time I was in I asked if my breakfast sandwich was coming and the woman told me I needed to ask someone...
