Lobby Bar — Restaurant in Orlando

I had a horrible experience at the Lobby Bar after arriving from a late flight. Tried to order food to-go right after checking in for my room and was told that they didn't do to-go orders and I had to go to the 9th floor. When I got up to the 9th floor the doors were locked and the restaurant was closed. The employee there told me I had to go downstairs to order food. So... went back downstairs to the Lobby Bar and this time they did to-go orders. Waited almost an hour for my food from the time I ordered (cuban sandwich and fries). Also, my friend and I both had to-go orders and he never got his order! Cuban ended up being subpar (definitely not worth it). Stay away from the Lobby Bar/McCoys/hemisphere or whatever you want to call it and just eat at chili's in the terminal or...

Bar has open lobby like seating. Had a group of people sitting in area as they arrived at airport. Not loud or being a disruption. When came time for bar to open was asked if we were hotel guests. Then told us to leave because bar was opening. That is understandable. However proceeds to allow all other groups to stay. Never asked us if we would like to order food to stay. Which we would have. The lobby bar is probably great for travelers staying or coming in and out of MCO that want a quick drink. The issue is that the product is very low quality with old fashions water down from ice melting the drink or pretzels straight out of the microwave that taste like cardboard.
