New Management

Hello everyone, Mama Mia’s has just gone under new management, and let me tell you.

These new managers are Great! They are very considerate towards food allergies, and or intolerances.

As well it seems that they are implementing new changes that are making their business look nice, and sharp.

Good job 👏🏼 Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life! Not only did I get bad customer service, but it was from the owner of Mama Mia herself.

Personally I have a lactose allergy, and always request not to have butter used during the cooking of my food. (Understandable, many people have specifications. I don't think mine is over the top).

After making my order with someone else, I proceeded to sit down, wait for my food, and get ready to enjoy my food.

When she gets to the order and realized that I have those specifications she literally said " I don't cook without butter, it wont make it crispy and nice, and good", I said "Are you sure? At home I cook my hash browns with oil, and it comes out nice, would you be able to use oil?", and she proceeds says "You can do that at your house, not here."

After that I asked for my money back, and she easily obliged.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I do not suggest anyone to go there. She does not respect...

I usually only get breakfast sandwiches from here and usually good I have order it very specifically for it too come good . And they’re steak and egg sandwiches is not steak. It’s like shredded Philly meat. Which is not the best but . Anyways me and my friend tried the hot sandwiches for the first time and very disappointed. We both got the chicken Philly barely any peppers and onions no mayo, very dry, and the chicken was very under seasoned very uncooked .I got a side of chicken salad to see how it tasted and oh my Lord it was just a plate of mayo no mustard no seasoning. Waste of my money. The fries are hit or sometimes they come out hot and crispy sometimes not. they never seasoned no salt at all. Onion rings are OK and the ham and cheese was a basic. Now the customer Service as of recently has been very dry and unwelcoming. That’s all I have to say about that It didn’t used to always be like that. I don’t know who they have working at the front . We got four sandwiches and 2 fries and order onion rings. We paid 65 Dollars way too expensive...

This place gets decent reviews because there’s not many places that are very good in this area.

Despite reviews saying so, it’s not clean. The tables are sticky. The floors are dirty.

The hot subs are better than the cold. They’re huge and that seems to be the shtick.

Mama Mia’s is not not bad or great. Some people really like it, I’m just not one of them. You should try it for yourself and see what you think. I’m pretty certain though that you’ll agree with my thoughts above.
