I never had an issue with this McDonald’s until today. Today I decided to make my order a little different, but I did have to make two separate orders. While ordering I felt a little rushed. At first it was a female voice and out of know where a male voice intrudes in the middle of my order, and decides to take over. I found it a little odd. He takes the order and not once did he ask me if I wanted to add anything else and tells me my price. I drive up to the window and let him know that I need to do another order of the same thing. After paying for my orders I then move to the next window to get my food. The manager at the window hands me my order, and my type of order. I paused and was trying to let her know that I was waiting on another order. She rushed me saying it was all in the bag. So I get home and see that I didn’t have both orders in my bag. I called the store letting them know how disappointed I am, because the whole time I felt rushed and I had to drive all the way back from my house to get the other order. When I arrived at the store I let them know that I was there to pick up my other order. The manager who is a Latina woman, rubbed off on me wrong, because the way she had approached me her body language felt aggressive, as if she was ready for some type of argument from me. She then asked if I was the one to pick up the order and I said yes. She walked away, and had someone else hand me my order. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience, it’s not like I was looking for anything free, but the principal of her not apologizing. She Carrie’s herself with much attitude, and I get the feeling while speaking to the other employees that she my be a difficult manager/ or supervisor, like if they have to be walking on eggshells around her. I’ve been coming to the McDonald’s for 10 plus years because my house is in the Lee vista area, and this is the first time I felt disappointed. Corporate has to look at who’s managing this location, because if not the customer service will become more poor because of the lack of empathy of the managers. This all happened 4/24/22 around 3pm. I would like to give feedback regarding your store at #32611 on Narcoossee Road.
I had placed an order (order #1301) on July 16, 2023 at 4:38am. I went through the drive thru and had to wait for 20 minutes, the cashier was having problems with their machine. At that moment I did not check my bag of food, a young man with long dreads was working at the window and stated he was new and to be patient with him and we ordered an Iced Mocha coffee and they kept getting our drink wrong 4 times. I opened the bag when I arrived home and my egg mcmuffin sandwich had a hamburger bun on the top. I went back to the restaurant and the assistant manager on duty, Ms. Carmen, stated to me that I would need to speak to Mr. Edward. Unfortunately Mr. Edward stated to me, that was impossible, that it would not happen, that we must've eaten it, etc. I was very offended that a manager of such an establishment would handle this the way he did, it was very unprofessional, we have been clients for over 10 years, we are locals. First of all we do not go around trying to get free or discounted items. My wife, and I are professionals and would not do such a thing. After I order the told me to go park because they were waiting on my tenders. All I asked was to please have my fries fresh. The server came outside 3 times to serve the cars behind me. He apologizes for the wait time and offers me a free milkshake, I said no thank you and he could help me by please giving me fresh fries. I waited more than 10 mins to get a messy order inside my bags and fries weren't fresh. The fries were all over inside the bag. When I get home my Mocha was watery, my tenders that were supposed to be fresh, they weren't. Out of the 10 pieces in 2 different boxes only 6 were fresh.
