The Nectar Room — Restaurant in Orlando

This is at the wave hotel. It is at the second floor next to the pool. I had been here before but it had a different name. I guess they just revamped the place. It definitely looks better. There only a few options of small plates and a burguer. Was extremely hungry and ordered the burguer which was amazing. My wife got a few small plates and they were good as well. Last night we ventured to The Nectar Room ... Here is what we had.

TASTES LIKE CHICKEN Smoked fried chicken, creme fraiche, caviar. BUN IN A MILLION Black bun, sesame seed, Wagyu burger, foie gras, double cream brie, tomato jam, French fries. TINY DANCER Barr hill tom cat gin, lemon, lime, limoncello, prosecco.

I will say, if you are going to impose 20% service fee, than the service should match. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great.

Went for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful night. Daniel was able to get us a table quickly, and Whitney took excellent care of us. She made great recommendations and was very amiable and attentive while we were there. In addition to drinks we ordered their seafood tower which was enough to share between the three of us.
