This. Come get that #goodgood. The best cookies you can get in Florida. Every cookie is a standout, both in flavor and presentation. Each week brings a fresh drop of new and returning flavors, and the variety keeps you coming back. From rich fillings to bold toppings, there is something for everyone. The Phat Chocolate Chip is your go safe space. Toss it in the air fryer and it is everything you want in a cookie. But it is not just about the cookies. The shop itself has amazing energy. It is located right in the heart of the Milk District, and the space has a fun and creative vibe that fits the brand perfectly. The cookie display is one of the coolest parts. Each flavor is placed on its own wooden board so you get a full view of every option before you order. The artwork and theming throughout the space pull it all together. From the milk crates to the colors and layout, it is all thoughtful and well executed. Izzy and Ashley make every visit feel personal. They are kind, welcoming, and clearly love what they do. Getting to know them through their social media and in person has been an absolute wonderful experience. Highly recommend checking this place out. It is more than just cookies. It is an experience and a damn good time. 🍪🍪🍪

Say hello to Cookie Heaven!!! MY husband finds all these random spots in and around Orlando and this was one we had on the list to try for a while!! Finally got around to getting there today and omg! Beautifully made cookies and delicious to say the least! ⚠️ warning, if you're not into sweet sweet treats, this may not be the place for you lol Im a lover of sweets but sometimes too sweet is eh for me ! With that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my cookies regardless and my husband haha I had to take his cookie away so he wouldn't devour the thing in one sitting! 🤣 Super fun welcoming decor, extremely friendly owner! The prices are going to feel high compared to getting cookies at Costco or Publix but they are worth it I swear! The flavor options were so fun and combinations were crazy and the special of the day was INCREDIBLE! We will def be back !!

Phat Ash Bakes isn’t just a bakery, it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like an old friend. The owners are incredibly warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every visit feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with friends over insanely good cookies. And let’s talk about the cookies: thick, gooey, creative masterpieces that somehow manage to taste even better than they look (and they look amazing). You can tell every flavor is crafted with care and love. They’re not afraid to experiment, and somehow, every combo they dream up is a hit. Between the delicious treats and the genuinely welcoming vibe, Phat Ash Bakes is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. If you’re looking for a bakery that serves up both flavor and heart, this is it.

PhatAsh Bakes cookies are truly a work of art! You can tell that every cookie is made with passion, care, and an incredible attention to detail. Each one is handled with so much love, and their unique creations and flavor combinations are unmatched. It’s impossible to walk away from their booth with just one—there’s always something new and exciting to try!

Beyond their incredible cookies, Ash & Izzy are just as sweet. They always greet customers with warm smiles and bring such welcoming energy to every interaction. Their kindness and enthusiasm make every visit to their booth a joy.

My husband and I have also attended their Bake Night twice, and both times we had amazing experiences. Getting a behind-the-scenes look at where and how the magic happens, and then creating our own custom cookies, is so much fun! We can’t wait to do it again!

If you haven’t tried PhatAsh Bakes yet (or if you haven’t been to one of their Bake Nights), do yourself a favor and treat yourself—you...

My scale for judging cookies is from Publix to PhatAsh. Nothing below their chocolate chip is worth it, and PhatAsh sets the bar as the best. Trust me, those other cookie places in town fall in the middle of this scale. Let's compare them to the ice cream world. Gideon's would be Haagen Daz (yummy and gourmet) and Crumble, Edy's (good, but really what's in there). But we all really want PhatAsh because they are the Ben & Jerry's of the cookie world! PhatAsh is packed with so many yummy treats, perfectly baked through, and wonderfully presented. This speak easy shop is the perfect weekend stop after the gym too start my Friday night. So fun!

Favorites: Anything with red velvet dough and white chocolate chips. They make great combos using Biscotti. Lemon & blueberry was rad. Cookies and cream is a classic. Twix, Snickers, etc they have great combos and are making new ones to check out every week, so do it, check...
