Pop's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Orlando

Just a couple notes to help with experience for anyone ordering. The front door is locked so just park in the back alley where the pickup entrance is.

I have a number that isn't a local area code, and they didn't pick up two weeks in a row despite about 10 calls to them at various points over a few hours once they were open. The first week we just went to another pizza place and assumed they were understaffed. The next week I went in person and placed an order and had to wait for my pizzas to be made.

If you have access to an office line with a 407 number they may be more likely to pick that up to take your order ahead of time. I have the distinct impression my number was getting filtered as spam by the human on the other end. The voice box was full so I was intake l unable to communicate that I was a real person trying to place an order.

The pizzas were great but they could really use some improved logistical functioning and communication to customers.

With these things in mind, hopefully you can get a great pizza like I did and support local...

The pizza's fine, but actually getting it is quite the hurdle. The hours listed are inaccurate. This isn't just recently - since they first opened it's been an absolute crap shoot as to whether they'll actually be there. Do not get in your car unless you have actually spoken to a human at the store. There is a good chance they will be closed. I finally gave up on this place after placing an order through their 'preferred' online storefront, went to pick it up, and they were no-where to be found. I've been trying to two days to get a refund but they don't...

Absolutely delicious pizza! The cheese and sauce are to die for. All the veggies were really fresh. I messed up and accidentally ordered the vegan pizza instead of the vegetarian pizza... when they delivered the pizza, I realized my mistake and they generously offered to bring me the vegetarian pizza at no cost! I was surprised by the offer considering I was the one who made the mistake, not them. I ended up giving the vegan pizza away to some strangers and they were very excited. They quickly delivered my new pizza and I devoured it!...
