Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Orlando

I want to start by saying I love the food at Popeyes but this location is absolutely terrible. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any location(01/23/23) I made a mobile order for 2 chicken sandwich dinners which the sides for both were Cajun fries and I added 2 large drinks. When I get there the lobby is closed. It’s 5PM. I go to the drive through he said the mobile ordering was down but go to the window. When I approach the window he then sees my Oder and says to wait in the parking spot and he’ll bring it to me. When he arrives he only has the sandwiches, no fries , and no drinks. I then ask him where the rest of my order is and he continues to tell me that I ordered sandwiches only but will go check and bring the rest of my stuf. He then comes back with the fries but has 2 small drinks. I then tell him I ordered 2 larges to which he says I didn’t. He then locked the lobby as I try to go in and show him my mobile receipt. I was pretty furious went back to the drive through tried to show the guy but all he is doing is saying he’s gonna call the police because I’m irate. This guy straight called me a liar, messed with my money, and my food. I can honestly say I won’t return here and for anyone who would like a good experience at a Popeyes just travel a little farther up to the road to the lake under hill location, that staff is amazing and not managed my some guy who looks like...

I get it, it's popeyes not a high class restaurant, but this location seriously needs to get its stuff in order. There was no direction or communication, im honestly not sure how this location is still standing, its as if no one including the employees have any idea what's going on. Ordered our food and was told they had to cook it so to wait in the parking lot. It started to rain so we went inside so the worker didn't have to go out in the rain to bring it to us. Witnessed one worker go outside with with bag of food and just start yelling the order and waving at cars saying "Come get your food". Unfortunately seems the person telling cars to wait in the parking lot was not keeping track of what cars ordered what and it was an utter guessing game for yhe employee who was yelling on the curb. While inside we waited for 30mins and while looking at our receipt noticed we were charged 3 times for a chicken sandwich, then an employee asked to see our receipt (never gave it back) and went to make our food. When we got our food we were missing our biscuits and only recieved 1 chicken sandwich. We told the lady we were charged 3 times and she asked for our receipt and we never got it back from her and she shrugged and said she couldn't help us. Food was good (except the mac and cheese), but the staff indifference and the lack of items was really frustrating. We decided to go through the drive thru here as we were on a crunch for time and needed to eat before we went to a scheduled event. There was only one car in front of us, and we ordered pretty quickly. They were out of bottles of water and out of Dr. Pepper, so I landed on Coke, which I don't drink, so it went to my husband, who said it tasted awful!

The chicken was good, but in the bag we got they didn't give us any honey or anything for the biscuits, which was asked for in the order. The mac and cheese was also gross. It had a chemical taste to it and we both regretfully ordered it for our sides and didn't eat them.

The drive thru attendant was very uninterested in everything and it showed. He didn't put the lids on all the way for ANYTHING. The drinks, mac and cheese, etc. Everything was dangerously close to spilling if you grabbed it the wrong way - super dangerous for hot items, and awful to spill a whole soda on yourself... Luckily we noticed it was happening and didn't take anything the wrong way so it didn't spill.

Overall: D A bad location for service and sides. I wouldn't recommend coming...
