If I could give 0 stars I would after the horrible experience I had in this place. It was the second time that I took my pet to this place, my dog ​​developed a lump on one side of her body, she already had a history of abscesses in the same place, the first time she had surgery in this place for that, so Since they already knew about her history, I decided to take her again, a very bad choice, when the doctor saw my dog, he touched her on the lump and he told me that what she had was a tumor, and that it was skin cancer. , I did not understand anything, as simply touching her he knew something like that. I was completely devastated in the room crying after he told me the diagnosis and that she couldn't have surgery and that there was nothing to do. My sister who is a doctor was not satisfied, and I asked the vet to please give me the diagnosis, they just wrote on the payment receipt “skin cancer” they did not give me something more professional and that gave me a bad feeling, so we decided to take her to another vet the next day, at the other place they told us that they could not diagnose my pet without doing tests first, after a couple of tests, which my dog had was another abscess. The way this doctor diagnosed my pet just by touching her and said she had cancer for sure, just think of all that could have happened, if I had listened to his advice and brought my pet home like that with a infection that could have killed her from the fever or made the decision to put her to sleep because he said there was nothing else to do made me so mad so if you love your pets never take them...

As a Business Professional, I strongly urge you to reconsider utilizing All Creatures Animal Hospital. As some have already indicated the interaction/conversation between you ,the Pet Owner, and the Vet are minimal. The Tech's are very kind and care about your pet. This simply provides the feeling that your paying for interaction with the Techs rather than the Vet. My Scenario is a bit concerning I signed up for Pet Alliance Agreement as it was suggested by the staff that it would save you money on routine care. I reviewed the Terms and Conditions as with any agreement with a recurring charge. My Card was skimmed at a local gas station and was cancelled. Inevitably this caused a decline on that card since it was no longer active.This office told me it was a $7 charge because it declined. I asked if this was indicated on the Agreement and they responded yes! To my suprise, The agreement indicates a penalty of 4% above of base federal interest for late payment not $7. When I contacted the office I was told that later contracts completed after mine an amendment was added to show this charge. After clearly indicating that they had no right and had violated the contract by charging me an additional amount I was given a response the Vet refused to refund the $7. I have requested this in writing and will seek resolution through appropriate regulatory and governing bodies. The puppy store that i got it from told us the would cover anything that happened with the puppy for the first two weeks that i got them if i go to this vet. I took my puppy for her first general visit and for her vaccines. Not only the puppy store didn’t cover it like they said but i mention she had a cough and they didn’t do nothing. After the vaccine she got really sick for the whole week. Including vomiting, horrible cough, sneezing and fever. I called them and they said to come in to get antibiotics for her. When i went they didn’t even check her to make sure what she had. I didn’t even talk to the doctor. They just gave me the antibiotics and assuming it was kennel cough. Today i took her to Bandfield Hospital on Pet smart and thankfully i took her in time because she was really sick and they didn’t even check her. She had bordella kennel cough but as well her chest was so inflamated and she had Ascarids which is roundworms. Thankfully they gave her everything she needed and she will be fine but they mention that if i wouldn’t took her in time she could’ve had bronchitis and more consequences , that the antibiotics all creatures anima hospital gave her could’ve cause her teeth to have stains because she is still 3 months old and it wasn’t good for her. Horrible...
