Brooklyn Pizza — Restaurant in Orlando

😤😤😡😡😡😡I came here cause the name “BROOKLYN PIZZA” .. I asked if this was real NEW YORK PIZZA!! They said yeah.. now HERE IS THE THING, I am a real New Yorker AND WE REALLY KNOW PIZZA, even tho I recently moved to Florida and I like it so far I wanted pizza.. RESPECTFULLY … THIS IS NOT NY PIZZA AT ALL!!! LIKE I MEAN AT ALLLLL… THERES NO TASTE TO THE SAUCE.. NO TASTE TO THE CHEESE AND THE DOUGH IS CHEAP AND HAS NOOOO FLAVOR. THEY DONT EVEN PUT A WHITE TABLE SPACER IN THE MIDDLE TO AVOID THE CHEESE TOICHING THE BOX… The XL PIZZA WAS A REGULAR SIZE PIzza but THEY JUST CUT IN to SMALLER SIZED SLICES. The GARLIC KNOTS WERE STALE and DRY AND MOZZARELLA STICKS WERE FREEZER BURNED🫣🫣🫣🫣🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯😱😱😱😱😱.

😤Listen… I AM NOT GOING TO KNOCK THE STAFF THERE , CAUSE THEY WERE COOL, BUT THE PIZZA WAS FAR FROM GOOD.. YALL NEED REALLLLL PIZZA SAUCE.. AND REAL CHEESE… AND PUT SOME FLAVOR IN THAT DOUGH PLEASE.. Took the opportunity to order from Brooklyn pizza last night and I have quite alot of things to say. To start off this review isn’t regarding the people in the front, because they were AMAZING. Respectful and great conversation starters. The problem and my main concern is the management in this place. The manager at this place doesn’t like to get on the phone, when prompted with a concern he makes his employees deal with it and doesn’t stand up to his mistakes. I don’t think he’s qualified to be a manager. He needs to be trained and taught how to speak to customers and address their concerns. I’m sorry but if he doesn’t know English then he needs to learn because it is an important skill when you’re the face of the company. We are paying customers and deserve the same respect and attention. Other then that, pizza was good only sad thing was that the wings came messed up and sauce everywhere. Maybe pack things better. I believe if that issue is fixed then things should be running smoother and you’ll have better business! Get someone qualified...

Normally I recommend this location to my clients.. It has more ups then down… But this time I am disappointed with half my order and the customer service… I made a $100 order and half the order which is 2 Sicilian pies where messed up.. The entire cheese of the pies was stuck to the box.. When I called to get an explanation as to why my order was messed up. The representative on the phone was quick to blame the driver and only offered me 10% off my next order… I politely decline and stated it was not the driver’s fault he does an awesome job of delivering the food.. I explained this is the same larger order I place and noticed that time time around they didn’t place the plastic small cup inside to keep the Sicilian pie from touching the top of the box.. He then explained that “unfortunately these are the last two pies and the manger currently in charged didn’t wish to replace my order”..
