Store 4142 has been a poorly run store for quite some time, but new manager, Scot Pfeffer, has made the attitudes & Store 4142 even worse. The employees have “I don't care” attitudes, which start with Scot. When I complained about lots of items being out on the same day, 3 weeks ago, his answer, rolling his eyes was, "I am doing the best I can, I had a lot of people call in". Today (8/7/16), I arrived at the deli at 8:30 p.m., & despite this being a 24 hour store, the deli closes at 8 pm (which is ridiculous because if the super center 24 hour stores stay open until 10, then so should the neighborhood markets – especially since the neighborhood markets were designed to compete with stores like Publix!). So I didn’t get the product that I came there for, and wasted both my time and gas for nothing. ALSO, I AM HANDICAPPED SO IT IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO MAKE TRIPS TO THE STORE. Further, the deli clerk & the assistant store manager were chatting away when I walked up,& both gave me a dirty look for interrupting their conversation (great use of time for both of them – milking the clock). The deli clerk, smirking, advised before I could even ask for help, that he could not help me, & of course the assistant manager who wanted to continue his conversation, said, "yeah, that's our policy to close at 8". Then I went up to customer service to complain (not realizing that the a jerk in the back, was the assistant store manager, with whom I needed to speak). When he got up front, he continued mumbling about policy & had a poor attitude,& didn't apologize at all! THIS IS WHY PUBLIX STAYS OPEN DESPITE WALMART HAVING “SOME” BETTER PRICES.WALMART EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY, RUDE & DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, AND AS LONG AS THAT IS THE CASE, WALMART WILL ALWAYS HAVE COMPETITION FROM STORES THAT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER. Further, I am convinced that the good reviews below are store employees trying to counter the complaints, because this store...
Read moreHorrible experience. Went today at 11 am and that early in the morning they had no carts. I was carrying my toddler. Had to walk back and go around the parking lot to find one, once I got into the store the shopping cart tires were making a weird noise and the cart kept stoping. I already had my 2 year old on it. I went outside to find another cart and this time they weren't any and my baby was getting fussy, so had to stay with the damaged cart. I tried to push the cart and the weird noise that made freightned my baby a little, all types of employees just passed by me chatting and socializing, I was visibly upset and my baby was fussy, no one offered to help me, despite comments I made that I'm sure they could hear me complaining about the lack of assistance. Went to the cash register and saw in front of it what it appears to be the management. I explained what happened to the manager and a lady with the red hair next to him and another employee that were gathered together, the "manager" said they had carts outside now and the other lady said the same thing and just turned their heads . What appeared to be an employee was the one who apologized and offered to take me to my car, while the "manager" just kept ignoring me and talking to his assistant. Had to say that I just stayed because I needed diapers and other urgent items for my baby but I swear I will never in my life visit this store again. Walmart needs to teach management and their employees empathy and customer services skills. I just wanted to be helped and I just wanted to be listened...
Read moreI do not usually do reviews unless I have had a unique or bad experience! When a business has hours of operation clearly posted on the door than we should always expect those hours. Well, tonight I was running behind with everything I needed to do! I had to pick up 1 roll of paper towels & 1 cat food can. Only 2 items and ran up to the doors at 10:54....I had 6 minutes to get 2 items!! I had an employee inside staring at me from inside when the doors would not open. I signaled I needed to get something quickly & he was in there yelling at me, "We are CLOSED!" Well 2 customers walked out so the doors open & I went in. The man, Glenn began yelling at me and had his back up, a woman manager, and she kept saying it was closed. Glenn though was aggressive & rude with me! I mean like OUT OF CONTROL yelling at me and blocking me from entering. I spend way too much money at Walmart to be treated this way! Glenn had no reason to be this aggressive with me! He was yelling in my face and my daughter watched from the parking lot, very upset! This was just unacceptable coming from a Walmart emploee! I had 6 minutes to...
