Pros: 1. Friendly customer service 2. Cozy atmosphere 3. Finger clams sauteed with a sweet and sour tamarind sauce - tangy savory deliciousness 4. Hột vịt lộn rang me - cooked balut duck egg shelled and deep fried in a very thin crispy batter, then sauteed in the requested tangy savory tamarind sauce was delicious. It's my addiction and my favorite Vietnamese snack. 5. Canh Chua - sweet and sour tamarind soup with catfish has a well balanced seasoning 6. Cơm Thịt Sườn Nướng - fried thin cut pork chops served with rice, pickled daikons and cucumbers was one of the best version I have ordered for my kids. They both devoured the tender flavorful pork chop for the first time. I highly recommend ordering this for the pickie littles who only prefer to eat tender and flavorful pork chops. Neutral: Cá Kho - The catfish was braised to tenderness. but the look and smell of raw scallions sprinkled on top was not appealing at all. This could have been better with fried shallots or sauteed scallions instead. Con: If I must complain about something since there is no such thing as a perfect restaurant to me, then I must say the painting of a traditional Vietnamese girl in white dress smoking a cigarette at the main front door entrance is bothersome coming from a conservative Vietnamese mother and a smokefree family.

Yo!! I just found my new favorite Pho spot!!

Listen, I’ve tried Pho all across the country, it’s one of those things that you try and compare to all the other ones you’ve had.

You know how when you first get your bowl the first thing you do is taste the broth. The second thing you do is start to pile on the fixings and ad sauces and customize the flavor to the way you like it?

This was the first time in my life that I just dug into the bowl and didn’t add ANYTHING!!

I couldn’t help it! This was literally the best one that I’ve tasted PERIOD!!! And I’m not one to exaggerate or say things for likes. I’m saying this because you’re doing yourself at injustice if you do not come here and try their pho and make sure you TASTE IT BEFORE YOU AND ANYTHING!!!

I could’ve eaten the whole bowl without adding a single thing to it. It was insanely delicious. And then they came out and we talked about it and explain how he made it and I was different and all I can say is we accidentally found probably the best, if not… Definitely in the top three that I’ve ever tasted across the country!

I also tried some pork dish with rice and fish sauce that they made that was really good! They do their foods. Excellent there. It’s so good that I’m definitely going back with the problem is I have to get the pho again but I want to try other stuff that’s the only problem that I will have with this restaurant!!

They need to hurry up and get the food critics in here so they can hurry up and get voted best for in the state if not the country!!

Oh yeah, the people were great really kind and he very much cared about the service that they gave you and details of what went into everything, including all the decorating down to the authentic Vietnamese doors from Saigon that were used as decor on the walls. It’s just a great place with great people. I’m going back as soon as I can make an excuse to drive through that area again.

My only complaint is that they’re not everywhere and I have to go drive to Orlando to get it! If you made it to the bottom of this long review, do yourself a favor and just shut up and go! Thank...

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

We came here during their “Soft Launch” hoping to support a new spot, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

First, the pho was revolting. The menu didn’t explain anything, and as a first-time customer, I expected a simple, classic pho with one type of meat. Instead, it came loaded with unidentifiable chunks of meat — including intestines and who knows what else. It smelled bad and tasted worse. When we mentioned it to the guy who asked how everything was, he just shrugged and walked away. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing.

Then came the final slap in the face: my fried rice came with shrimp that weren’t even cleaned. Yes — full of poop. You could literally see the black veins running through them. DISGUSTING. My husband couldn’t even eat the pho, so we were forced to share that dirty, unappetizing plate of rice.

When we brought all this up again while paying, we got a cold “It is what it is.” Really? That’s your customer service?

Between the nasty ingredients, dirty shrimp, and careless attitude — I left feeling sick to my stomach, and not just from the food. I wouldn’t recommend this...
