I went to Starbucks located on terminal A in arrivals at orlando international airport (MCO) and ordered my items, the sandwich (ham and cheese croissant) was not heated up, I then ordered my trenta strawberry refresher with lemonade and no ice and was told that they would give me half a cup of the drink if I asked for no ice. I then explained to them that I have been a Starbucks customer over 15 years and since this drink has come out I have ordered it probably 5 times a week since it’s creation of not more and have never been told something as ridiculous as if I order it without ice I would only get half a cup, A HALF OF THE CUP of the beverage. Not only is this inappropriate it’s thievery because I am paying 6.55 for THE DRINK. This not only has never been standard practice by ANY OTHER STORE I’ve been to and I have been to MANY and have never been told I won’t get a full cup of drink(not even at the other orlando airport locations)I have never had this issue if I order with no ice. I’ve never been treated like this and have been a consistent and loyal Starbucks customer who spends an AVERAGE of 1.5k per month at Starbucks. The worst part about this experience is that not only did it occur, but it WAS A MANAGER ( Kamila Wyatt) who not only gave me an attitude when I asked her why my sandwich wasn’t heated up, but also made NO EFFORT to fix the situation and simply dismissed me and cancelled my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT STARBUCKS AGAIN. I being the loyal and commuted Starbucks customer that I am know and hope that corporate will do the right thing and address this issue so it does not happen to anyone again and no one else has to experience the attitude and disrespect from someone who Calls...
Read moreHi, 13 almost 14 year old female here! Went to this Starbucks before flying home from vacation. I got in line and was planning out my order thinking , “the line will move fast”. We stood in the line for 40 minutes. I was think finally, they can just make my drink and I can rush back to my gate so I don’t miss my flight. Another 15-20 minutes standing in line after ordering my 2 drinks. The drinks finally came as we get a message from my Dad saying our flight thankfully had been delayed, otherwise we would’ve missed it by a mile. So we rush to get to our gate after getting our drinks, because it still had taken that long to get out, and our flight had only been delayed for 12 minutes. We sit down to try our drinks (me and my sister) mine tastes amazing as usual, I ordered a grande strawberry açaí refresher, but one small detail, they put the berries in it when I had asked for no berries, it didn’t bother me though. My sister tried her drink and her face came out sour. She ordered a caramel frappe, no coffee no caffeine, since she is 9 years old. She said, “There’s coffee in it” I was not surprised, Starbucks normally messes up the small things like that but for her it’s not ok, I can handle it, but coffee is too strong for her. So there is our experience. We spent $20, and wasted 10 on the frappe that...
Read moreI understand that standing in line and waiting in a busy airport is to be expected. This particular Starbucks had a communication as well as a management problem. The gentleman with the long braided hair taking orders did inform me that bacon items were not available when I ordered. So, I ordered another item off the menu. This item was confirmed by the gentleman taking the order. Once my order was ordered I saw a few people including one pouting employee to her boss. Leaving at the same time for their break. After some time an elderly employee came up front with her food and ate a bit of it at the counter where she discarded the trash. This left this location not enough people to handle the crowd. Then I with more than a dozen people who ordered food after a good 20 minutes passed inquired about our food. They reassured us it would be done in a moment and thanked us for being patient. After another 10 to fifteen minutes we were told that our food was not available and they just found that out. So, I concluded the kitchen staff took their 30 min breaks, and did not get the orders because they were not there. The front staff was too over run to know what...
