Subway — Restaurant in Orlando

today 11/25 I walked into a subway that wasn't busy at 3838 s semoran in walmart and ask for a napkin to clean off a booth table that was dirty used which all the tables were dirty and Ashley the manager who I never met before ask me if I was a customer and asked if I wanted to order something I told her that I wasn't sure what I was going to order yet we haven't made up our minds yet and i still asked for a napkin so I could clean the dirty table so my 75 year old friend could sit down and I am also a senior citizen tring to relax and eat. she said the napkins were for the customers and ask another employee in the back room to go out front and clean all the tables that almost all were messy. being ignored I reach to get some napkins and Ashley started yelling at me that what I tried to do is unsanitary and keep yelling at me . so finally the other employee came out and wiped the table top and I had to tell him to clean the seat because they were nasty. even then with the table and seats all wet I still asked Ashley for a napkin to wipe the table and chairs dry and Ashley keep arguing with me that she just had the tables cleaned but I remarked that they were all wet now. so finally the table was dried and we sat down to try to figure out the new phone my 75 year old friend just purchased in walmart.. after 20 minutes Ashley still did not have any customers and stayed busy in the back room. finally myself and my friend decided Ashley was too rude to order from so we decided not to eat at this subway. I approached Ashley to find out her name and asked for a complaint form which see never gave me and argued with me that what I tried to do getting a napkin was unsanitary and I replied how here dirty tables that other people made there mess on was definetly unsanitary and all ashley did was wanted to argue and said see was going to call the cops on me. I asked her for what and she said I was harassing her. my 75 year old friend has been going in that walmart for over 30 years and was embarrassed because of Ashley. we do not want to go back to that subway as long as Ashley is working there even though we just moved closer to that walmart. I complained to walmart manager tom about the situation and he told me that should not have happened and that he (tom) has had many complaints on Ashley well heres another one. p.s I usually only eat in restaurants that have napkins on the table or you are waited on. subway should not be so cheap with there napkins and have them out for the public for sanitary reasons. my friend and myself visit that walmart several times a week have to go today will keep you posted on what kind of manager is rudely running that store we will complain to tom walmart manager each time we see Ashley there until her supervisor calls the phone number I left with tom since he had ashleys supervisors number on his phone because of all of ashleys many complaints...

I walked in didn't see signs of no carts in Subway then guy told me to get cart out very rudely .np ..so I decided to go do some more talk on my phone then got hungrier so I went back .. seen someone inside the subway with they cart ..he clearly saw them and wouldn't even look at me as I came back. I'm like uh I thought no carts u hurried to tell me what's the difference..i ain't even gonna say it..he didn't want to serve me anyways..inasked him why he didn't say anything he told me to leave wow.. straight racist. Seriously watch the tape! Watch the tape then ask him why he didn't reciprocate what he told the black women. Why when the black lady asked about the cart all of a sudden she has a attitude and he woht serve her. Guess what I wouldn't eat nothing you touched no way. Worse subway experience ever. I would never come back here in my life. Ty ty for showing ur true colors. Watch the tape. I did nothing wrong and shouldn't have been turned away straight craziness.. it was just the way he told me ....

I normally don’t write reviews but today I was at Walmart so i decided to shop around and order my sub online I asked the dark skinned lady that I was here for a online order she was with a customer and she pointed at the rack and said I don’t see any online order we don’t have an order it’s not what she said it’s how she said it and her body language just pointing at the rack so I can see it. I believe there’s a different way to approach customers. I told her that she was being rude that I was only here for a pick up order again she said there’s no order with no care in the world. We kept going back and forth until another employee came and I told her what had happened and the lady was talking over us still going back and forth I told the other employee look you see she’s the problem she’s still trying to argue with me I’m just here with my daughter picking up an online order. people nowadays don’t care about having a job when the job market is horrible and they just talk and argue with customers...
