The Extended Stay has been very good to us and the family in every aspect. The whole entire staff all over the facility is very nice, kind, and friendly. Starting with the front desk and beyond. The location is not too far from all the attractions, shopping, and restaurants. (Neisha - FD) is so cool, chill, nice, friendly, sweet, kind, and funny to talk to. Neisha is always smiling, laughing, and willing to talk to you anytime you stop by the front desk. Her personality is bright and lightens up the lobby with her presence. She does a great job within her position at the FD and all over the property especially if there is any kind of problem within the facility during her time on the clock she will take care of it. Neisha is an awesome asset to the company of ESA. We enjoy seeing Neisha every time. (Michelle - FD) is so cool, chill, nice, sweet, kind, friendly, and funny to talk to. Michelle is always smiling, laughing, and willing to talk to you anytime you stop by the front desk. Michelle's personality is smooth. When you see her and stop by the front desk, she is always relaxed, doing her job and making a great impression on everyone who she comes in contact with. Michelle also handles problems around the property if any arise. We enjoy seeing Michelle every time. Michelle is an awesome asset to the company ESA.
(Alex - Maintenance) is so cool, chill, nice, kind, friendly, and I enjoy talking to. Alex has a great personality. Enjoy talking to him about anything. He does a lot around the property besides just maintenance but he does a great job doing everything and maintaining the property. You can always ask Alex anything and he will assist you when he is available and/or answer your questions with his best knowledge. Alex is always walking around with a smile even if it's been a very long day. Alex is the right guy for the work he does and how he presents himself by interacting with everyone. Alex is definitely an awesome asset to the company ESA. I enjoy talking to Alex all the time.
(Rob - Assistant GM) Is very nice, cool, and helpful. Rob is always on top of his game by taking action to any problems that is a concern. He is willing to help you anytime you ask for him. He is always going out of his way to handle the property and taking care of the guest to make sure every guest is comfortable and leaving the hotel with a great experience. Rob has a great personality. I enjoy talking to him all the time. Rob is an awesome Assistant GM and a great asset to this company ESTA. Always a pleasure to see Rob interacting with every guest and maintaining the property every time.
(The housekeeping staff) are amazing. They are very nice, kind, friendly, sweet, and very helpful. They will assist you anytime you need anything. They will answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. They are always smiling and greeting you every time you come across them. They work really hard around the property and maintaining the property to its standards. The housekeeping staff are an awesome asset to this company ESA. I really enjoy talking to them and seeing them around.
(Toni - GM) is very nice, sweet, kind, helpful, and always smiling when you come across her way. She is always on the go. Taking care of the property by maintaining it in every area and aspect of the property. She goes out of her way to make sure the property is running properly. She will make sure you get everything you need no matter when it's requested. She'll make it happen. She greets you every time. This property is a comfortable place to relax with family and friends when they come into town to stay. Toni is a great asset to this company ESA. Always a pleasure to see her around the property and interacting with everyone and everything on property.

Read moreCustomer service is absolutely horrible. My family and I stayed the 3January-4January. We called the day prior to secure our early check in since we would be leaving our air bnb that morning but not flying out until the next day. The female staff who answered the phone told us our early check in was guaranteed with a $25 early check in fee once we arrive at the hotel. I made sure to ask her what time is early check in, she said whenever we arrive. Next day comes, we arrive to check in, guess what? No early check in available… I explained to the front desk staff that we were told as long as we paid $25 we could get our early check in when we arrived. They weren’t able to honor that so we ended up waiting in the lobby for about 2 hours. With in that waiting time my daughter had to use the restroom, front desk said there isn’t a restroom available due to the bathroom “flooding” and that we should walk to the car dealership next door to use their restroom. Not very accommodating. Our room is finally ready and the room is definitely NOT what was advertised on their website. Tub was leaking, bathroom sink was backed up and the cleaning job was clearly rushed and not taken seriously. We open our sofa bed and notice there aren’t any liens or pillows so we go back to the front and they tell us to ask for them after 3pm. ( initially I thought that was strange because if we are already checked in shouldn’t we have everything our room is equipped with in that moment?)
But I didn’t make a fuss. Okay fine so, 5:30/6pm comes around we head back to the desk Again ask for linens for the bed and we are told to come back in an hour. This time there is another clerk there her name is Anita( I think that’s how you spell it) very rude. She was cold and short and no care for the job or customer service what so ever. So at this point I’m fed up. I remained respectful but definitely was irritated because since the moment of our check in we had been giving the run around now I can’t even lay comfortably in my room because 1. It’s dirty and 2, they claiming they don’t have enough lines to provide for the beds that equip their rooms. And of course when I ask to speak to a manager there isn’t one on the premises which again I’m blown away. How is there a functioning business open and providing services but no supervisor on duty??? Also, I understand there are hotels that alow long term residency. However the way they manage it should be changed revisited, maybe have residents on a certain floor or have them all on the same side. The neighbor across the hall had music blasting and the neighbor on the side of us had what sound like 6-8 kids yelling and jumping in their room. So definitely not the most noise cautious hotel either. Absolutely ridiculous. In the end we never got our lines nor did we even get an apology or some type of accommodation, nothing. Even though our room had plenty of roaches we could not changed rooms because the hotel was booked. I will make sure to request a refund in the morning. I will NEVER stay in this establishment again. And I will tell everyone I know visiting this area to stay clear of this...

I was told when I made the reservation that I wasn’t going to be charged anything until I arrived, funds are depleted from my account 4 days prior to my arrival. We arrived pretty late about 3:30 AM, was given our room. Didn’t notice until the morning that the fully equipped kitchen that they described in the description was not what it seemed. In the description states that you will receive everything needed to make a meal for your family including pots pans, bowls, silverware, cups. When I asked about pots they stated that they only had one pot on premises and it was dingy. Had to purchase everything, for my nine day stay at extended-stay. Our first night here I noticed mildew in the corners of the bathroom? Also in the lightning fixture. Leftover crumbs in the microwave I assume from previous guest. Also the sofa sleeper mattress hide stains on it. Was not able to use because I was not put in my five-year-old daughter on it. Also, the pool was only available two days out of our 9 day stay. First occasion we were told there was a leak, second we were told the pump broke. The pool was a swamp green color. Housekeeping was not available, and even when I asked for a broom to sweep my own room I was told there was none. When asking a housekeeper in the hallway about where we leave our linens she seemed upset and bothered by our question. As we were going down we stopped on the second floor and seen another housekeeper and asked him if he was going up or down and his response was “is that a trick question manggg”. This is supposed to be a smoke-free building but there is numerous amounts of weed smells, people hanging out in groups all types of night smoking marijuana outside our windows. Safety is an issue here as people leave objects inside entrances allowing anyone and everyone to come in and out as they please. My food delivery was stolen from my door, when I called downstairs to ask if they seen the food delivery guy they said no I told them that my food was Taken from the door the front desk said oh well sorry to hear that. They were cigarette ashes all along my window pain. Cigarette butts in the elevators, chewed up cookie crumbles in the elevators for a few days before they were picked up. Garbage along the Walkways. Called the main number to complain our first afternoon here they failed to respond to me within 24 hours, called back was given a 48 hour timeframe in which nobody returned my call. Pool left my bathing Attire with a very foul odor. I have never been so happy to go home from a vacation. Always have a wet hot smell to them, daughter had a little ants On her table in her room, going into her suitcase by the second night. Had to be moved to another room here across to the other side of the hotel. Will definitely not be staying here again, and like I said stay at...
