I don't even know where to start I don't typically try to write reviews especially on fast food restaurants because you shouldn't expect five star service from a fast food place that's just illogical. nevertheless the experience that I had today here at this Wendy's with my wife was just absolutely appalling. I was craving Wendy's as I do doordash on the side of my regular job and currently frequent the Wendy's on Hiawassee and get the same sandwich on a regular basis. My wife and I came into the Wendy's here on North John Young Parkway and cashier was rude from the beginning as if she didn't want to be there immediately had to get a manager just to take our order when I informed her that the soda was out of hfcs or nns or or potentially Coke Zero as the coke freestyle machines do she said okay and left outside of my sight when we finally got our food it tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours nothing like the Wendy's experiences I've had recently other locations. Further surveying the store there were flies everywhere and dirt everywhere as well as food debris. The restaurant had looked as if it had not been cleaned in days and to make matters worse there's no reason why it should be being that there were no guests inside the restaurant. The only guest in the restaurant where to fellow employees that were sitting down talking to each other and on the phone. If they were already on break that is fine I'm not really worried about it except at the store was absolutely horrible and the food was horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted as if it was cardboard and dry as sand my wife also ordered a sandwich and it was also dry so it wasn't just me. Also upon looking at the coke freestyle machine as my wife and I were leaving the restaurant which was about 20 minutes after the order was placed and sitting down to eat the freestyle machine was not refilled in the same sodas that were out we're still out as we left which means the workers there did not care to fix the issue this may explain why you're only receiving two star rating on your store and no business at lunch time on a Sunday which should be actually very busy. I'm trying to find the positive in the experience and your restaurant just wouldn't allow me to find a positive in that I'm hoping that you guys will read this review and fix it I would hate to see your business being shut down for whatever reason simply because of things that could be fixed I hope to hear back soon. Read moreThe service I got tonight was very nasty and inconsiderate. To start, I was told they can only take cash at 12:40AM and I said that’s fine. I ordered a large Strawberry Fanta and a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger by itself with no lettuce and tomatoes. The first bag I received had a Cheeseburger with ketchup and onion on it.. I immediately went back to the drive-thru and let the white guy know, he told me to keep it because he couldn’t take it back. The second bag I received had a the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with everything on it and that’s not what I ordered. I went back to the window and a black lady with a mask opened the window and I told her everything that happened and I would like a refund. While I’m waiting, I overhear the white guy being rude and disrespectful talking about me being in the drive-thru.. when I’ve been nothing short of respectful and polite. She went to get a manager who couldn’t give me a refund which I felt made no sense at all.. she advised that she could have them make me another sandwich and it would be fresh as she would personally stand over and watch them make it.. I politely said, it should’ve been fresh the first time being that the Burgers were very cold like they’re premade or something.. the manager didn’t want to disclose her name due to this not being her store location because she didn’t want to look like she was causing trouble.. Read moreI would not give this place a "E" for effort, because there was a complete lack of effort to serve its customers. I had to rate 1 star, because 0 stars was not a option. This Wendy's is close enough where I decided to walk there for breakfast, and get some exercise. Doors are locked, and sign says dining room open at 10:30. They do have a big sign that says breakfast, but it appears only if you drove, and go thru drive-thru. Its ok McDonalds is across the street, I ate their instead. A week later, it was Saturday and again I walked there for breakfast, thinking on weekends they would have dining room open. NOPE, again McDonalds for breakfast. The person who let an employee rudely told me they were closed for indoor dining. Following week I am too tired to cook, I walked in, they were actually open, but what appears to be a manager tells me to use the Kiosk. I had no problem with that until it told me Cards only. I have cash only. At a register there is a sign that says cash only, but same woman tells me the cashier is on break. I see three or four people with Wendy's uniforms on behind the counter but no one would help me. You guessed it McDonalds for dinner. The woman did not even say anything when I told her I was now going to their competition. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave with the completely unfriendly service to his customers.
