Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oro Valley

I recently dined in at this location as I have for many years to only be again disappointed at the direction this location is when Nicholas the manager is not there. We had this happen in the past with another manager it's the staff that is left in charge when the actual manager is not present. We ordered a few tacos as we usually do and again we had no cheese on our tacos we had maybe a couple shreds. In the past used to extra cheese to our order be charged for it to still have no cheese but Nicholas fixed that for us. This time we were charged to only be given a a small container for 6 tacos as we were told that is our portion size. Now this person who didn't greet when I went to the counter he just stared as he drank his soda with gloves he is making food with gives me an extra small container. I said this is a normal portion for 6 tacos? He says yes I asked since when. Now again these employees including what appears to be a new DM are taking trash drinking from personal cups and handling money with the same gloves they are serving food with. I asked for this not to happen while giving me my cheese they stared they are allowed. I went to them open a quesadilla with 4 pieces of chicken I went up to the counter to complain to then again be told this is a portion size. I stated I've never gone to any Taco Bell and be served like this and be told your going to show me the portion size and say your not getting another. I was asking for what I paid for. I threw it in the trash again no cheese on this quesadilla. The girl says this is my DM she will tell you. The DM had nothing to say but they all huddled to talk loudly about me and my Husband. I called another location down the street and spoke to a gentleman he said this was unacceptable and we don't and should not be practicing this way. He gave me a number to the area manager Julia and she never returned my call. To know that you go and spend over $30 and $7 of it was either trashed or having to purchase extra to get what is supposed to already be on your meal is not good service. This took place on 8/23 around 4:30pm not busy either so there is no excuse for this behavior even if it was busy still no excuse. I paid almost $6 dollars for this burrito the person says to me it is made consistent with what is required for portions. I know this to not be true this is the only Taco Bell that serves their food like this. I travel around Tucson for work this is my second time here at this one and I now remember why I don’t frequent this one. What a joke and they have no shame just taking your money and not fixing the problem due to shrink and or waste because it doesn’t look good for their numbers if they do. I ordered no chipotle sauce on all my burrito guess what it has it and I don’t even have the tortilla strips. There is just a little bit of cheese off to the side that is supposed to be on top of this burrito that is supposed help balance the flavor of the entire burrito. Anyway I don’t recommend this location at all I absolutely love Taco Bell always have but this here was a major no for me! The rest of my order also was messed up Empanada was cold and overly deep fried and my lettuce had really dark almost black lettuce they mixed a new bag with older lettuce so I had to pick it out of my other items. This location messed up our order 2x in one night. They are horrible at following directions when it comes to custom makes. They didn’t have the freshest ingredients and more importantly they were out of black beans after they used the remaining on screwing up our order. It shouldn’t have to be impossible to eat out at TB just because we don’t eat meat. Normally my Taco Bell near me makes our food right every time! This was our FIRST & LAST at this location. The cashier even gave us the wrong change amount back. They need to invest in more training for their employees and hire people that are fit to work in a fast food environment. 2 Cheesy Beans and Rice burritos- black beans, extra rice, potatoes & fresco (grilled). 1 soft taco-black beans, rice, fresco & lettuce.
