Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orrville

I don't know if the their staff needs retrained or managers need to pay more attention to how their employees are making the drinks. I order the same drink every time but not once has it tasted the same. The drink I order is supposed to be hot, however, 1 out of the last 4 times I ordered has it actually been hot. Then there's a cup size issue as well. 4 times in a row I have ordered the same large hot drink and have received 2 different sizes.

Next day edit: ordered 2 hot drinks, both were ordered at the same time, both were served at the same time, however, one was perfect, no issues, the second one was only Luke warm at best and not all the ingredients were mixed together as they should have been.

Edit number 2.... seriously considering not ordering from this place again. Ordered 2 drinks and 4 wraps. Both drinks did not have the flavor I ordered, one drink was only about half full. When I took them back to the counter I was told the one that wasn't full was supposed to be like that because it's supposed to be mostly foam and the guy who made them told me there wasn't anything wrong with my drinks because he made them himself but would remake them this time for me. The wraps were also made wrong, I ordered regular wraps but ended up with pancake wraps. I don't suggest anyone ordering from here since their staff clearly don't know how to do the job or...

I go to Dunkin literally every day. Unfortunatly I usually have to go to the one in massillion because of where I live but it’s aweful. Most Dunkin’s unfortunatly screw up your order a shockingly high amount of time compared to other fast food/coffee places. I would say 50% if the time other places, my food is made incorrect. ( I order a wraps with white cheddar ). Then they remake it and try to do it too quickly and it’s ice cold on the inside. Cold egg is disgusting. Typically dunking employees are rude too, and I’ve had things missing, substituted for a lower price item without my knowledge. I could go on and on. I only continue to go to Dunkin because have difficulty getting my little son to eat and he eats these wraps or id avoid the franchise all together. HOWEVER, this dunking in Orrville is by far the best!. Food always correct, Hot, employees are polite, wayyyyyy nicer people here. They’re conciemcous, and I never have to worry about checking the order and coming back to have them fix it. This one is run correctly. I actually travel 20 mins out of my way sometimes to come to this Dunkin in particular....

Being charged $1 extra to have ice removed from your drink is absurd. Warned them at ordering I know the drink won't be full and that's fine but yet charged $1. Called district manager and he claims its corporate policy that is strictly enforced to protect the quality of their recipe. For $1 they will compromise the recipe though. When asked how I can resolve this so my kid that had sensory issues with ice can enjoy their drink he quickly got defensive and stated trying to end the call. He was upset I filled out the survey to reflect negatively on his staff, but he has no issue discriminating against people. I'm not trying to get anything for free, I always acknowledge it shouldn't be a full drink, just no ice. He suggested I call corporate I asked for the number he said I already had it. Thanks for nothing sir. Wadsworth and Medina can have my money since you countered my argument that included Wooster that it was one of your stores and you would take action to make sure they are following your policy.
