Michael's Bakery — Restaurant in Orrville

I have been going here since I was a little girl and it has always been a great experience. But today was definitely the worst experience i’ve had in my life with costumer service. With the new management there was an older lady working the front. She was so rude and impatient with us and i’ve never seen something like it. We had a group of four, two being little children and she was beyond rude to them and they felt uncomfortable. She used hand gestures to tell the them to hurry up. There was also no body else there behind us in line so there was absolutely no reason for her to rush us like she did. A place that used to be fun to go to and get a nice treat is now ruined because of her behavior. I hope this problem will resolved so we can continue our family tradition of coming here. I ordered 40 doughnuts and a quarter sheet cake with a free smash cake for my daughters first birthday. I told them about my order 1 month in advance. Two days before the event I went in to actually place my order. They told me they were out of smash cakes? Like they're a bakery and couldn't make one in two days... So I cancelled the cake ordered. So I just ordered the 40 misc doughnuts. The day came and I went to pick up our doughnuts and they said their fryer went down so they only had 30 for me... I am all about supporting local businesses but I just simply did not have a good experience here. I personally don't really buy anything except a coffee generally when I am there. The staff however is friendly every time I'm there and my girlfriend absolutely loves their cream cheese donuts. This business does catering services as well. Granted they seem a little expensive on some items but you pay for in house prepped baked goods and they make your drinks right in front of you. If I ate the stuff, I'd suggest no other place to go for...
