Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oshkosh

I ordered my food via the app. When I tracked it, it said complete. I went to the location Kaitlyn came to the counter after a few minutes, she was advised that they dropped my brownie so it was in the oven. Now no one said anything to me. I’m just overhearing what’s going on. So she was visibly upset at the guy and told him to go to the other station and she took over finishing the orders as they came out the oven. When my brownie finally came out pizza cold now. Still no apologies for the wait. I was handed my pizza and brownie. I’m smelling burnt smell but didn’t think anything. The store was a mess and chaotic. I get home and the brownie is burnt. I mean you can see it’s burnt and it has the burnt smell. I head back to the store asked to speak to the manager on duty and Kaitlyn is looking at me and doesn’t respond. So the guy that dropped my brownie comes to the counter. I asked again for the manager on duty he calls for her. She comes and I show her the brownie and asked is this acceptable to serve. She said with an attitude they all come out like that. I said burnt? I asked her do she know how many of these I’ve purchased and they’ve never come out burnt so could she stop saying that. Then o asked for a refund. She slammed this little paper on the counter and walked off. I asked for a receipt stating it was refunded. She sent the guy that dropped my pizza to talk to me. I said why do you keep sending him if your the manager she said because she couldn’t talk loud. Mind you we just had a conversation and was understanding one another fine she said you can get the “f” out my store. I said don’t talk to me like that. She asked another co-worker a guy to remove me. I said how? He can’t physically touch me. He said get out or I’ll call the police. They called the cops and told them I was belligerent and cursing. I never said a swear. I don’t swear. So I waited for the cops who confirmed that the brownie was burnt. Called corporate. In the morning I will follow up and I will be filing a false police report claim on Caitlyn tomorrow as well. You can refuse service, you can ask someone to leave the establishment you CAN’T call the cops and lie to get them to come. They would’ve came regardless. Now please tell me if these are burnt or I’m tripping and Caitlyn was right the brownies...

I have been giving Dominos on Jackson several random chances over the past year. I have had everything from late deliveries, over and under done food, cold food, etc. Tonight, after so many chances, I have made the decision that I will no longer be giving business to this Dominos. Tonight I order on the app. I ordered two pizzas and the both came. Except the spinach/feta pizza I ordered with adding chicken and mushrooms. It did not have either of the extras I ordered and paid for. Now, I do have to give credit where it is due. I did call and spoke to and Asher/Ashton I believe was his name(spoke too fast for me to understand).he did apologize and gave me a credit for my next order with them as he didn’t think they would be able to make another and get it delivered for awhile. Compliments to his service! By the disappointed and/or annoyed sound in his voice, I don’t think this was his first phone call of the night about this same issue. Pictures are posted as proof. Honestly I usually order the sandwiches and haven't had any issues. Last night I decided to order pizza for the family and we were all VERY VERY displeased with the quality of our pizza it was very and I mean VERY undercooked. Literally trying to pick up pieces out of the box and about a quarter or more of each slice ripped off as we went to pick pieces up and it remained stuck to the box because it was so badly undercooked and soggy it couldn't even be lifted off the box. We also ordered the parmesan bread knots for the first time and if they were smaller bread knots they weren't bad but there was several that were bigger and they were also undercooked. Took a bite and it was like pure dough. It instantly made me throw up due to how horrible it was. The only thing that turned out ok was the order of the chocolate lava cakes. Oddly they were a little burnt around the edges. Will definitely be looking elsewhere when I want to order pizza.
