Hardee’s — Restaurant in Oshkosh

The food was good and seemed fresh but the employees could do better customer service. I get to the speaker to order and the girl didn't great us, she instead said "what do you want" I ordered my food and went to the window. They were all standing there talking to each other about some other employee that worked there, not even acknowledging that we were waiting to pay. I finally paid and when they gave me my food a different person than who took my order tossed it at me so he could continue to talk. In my opinion and from working in customer service and also being a manager, they should not have had that conversation where customers are and should not be cussing every other word where customers can hear. I went for lunch and and ordered a BBQ pork Frisco LG combo. The person taking my order keep saying BBQ pork. I said I want the special BBQ pork Frisco. I wasn't aware she was changing my order to BBQ pork on a hamburger bun. I went in and she said that's what you ordered. I said no it isn't. I said forget it and left. I tried the sandwich it was aweful. I threw it away. I paid $10.78 for that sandwich and LG coke and LG curly fries (the fries were all bits ablnd pieces). I make choices for where i eat and Hardees was always my favorite. We usually stop everytime on our way home from up north at that hardees. I will not be going to this Hardees again. Ordered a lg roast beef. Person kept questioning me and I kept saying a lg roastbeef combo with fries and a coke. I got fries a medium coke and some type of lg hamburger with onions. Took it back and said I ordered a lg roast beef combo with fries and a coke. She said no this is what I ordered. I am allergic to onions. This is through the drive thru. Given fries and a small roast beef and people were looking at me through the window. Did not eat roast beef because there was some slime on it. Always look forward to coming to Oshkosh to eat at Hardee's but this experience left a really bad taste...
