Bought (1) McChicken and (1) McChicken +Extra Mayo & +Extra Lettuce. I waited in line from 2:58--3:19pm. This included waiting behind a car blasting music and smoking weed and sitting in 90*F weather.
Drove home. Got home, ate the first McChicken. Opened the second and guess what?
NO CHICKEN PATTY!!!
Tried calling 4 times, no answer. Drove back. Waited another 20+min in line for the refund. Told the lady about it and pulled up to the window after waiting.
Gave her my receipt, the bag with the buns w/the lettuce and mayo extras. She opened and saw no patty, threw it into trash. Called a young white guy wearing a red shirt over to punch in his code to do refund.
Lady at cashier gave me $2 exact and my original receipt back. This was less than the actual amount it cost for my (1) McChicken +Extra Mayo +Extra lettuce. I did not even get my receipt slip back proving the refund even took place. The lady looked as though she was mentally disabled. I did not want to be rude or cause trouble as I was already being accosted with rude and aggressive behaviors for my inconvenience I was causing them apparently (Slow line, no staff, hot outside). These are supposedly all the customers fault.
After wasting more gasoline than the meal cost and efforts to stand by my principles wasting 1hr+ of my day, I have decided to never return to this restaurant. Nor will I be spending 1 penny at any of the other restaurant's owned by GUADALUPE F. VELAZQUEZ (VS&F LLC).

My aunt and I ordered on there while my mom waited at the front counter for an employee because she wanted a special sammy. A young girl Miyah approached her and began taking her order. This girl is new! She had no idea what she was doing, but she was friendly. She was trying. We are patient. We not only have worked that same position, we know what it's like to be a brand new and young employee. She had a question, as all new people do, and she went to the manager on duty. In mere seconds this man came busting from wherever he was and shooed Miyah away and told us, SHE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING. Well duh, she's brand new. This man I believe his name tag said REGIONAL MANAGER. Armando. Reynaldo. I don't remember his name, all I know is he is NOT DUSTIN! As this manager was belittling a brand new employee, the lobby was filling up, whole time Miyah is standing there, with a smile on her face and being so sweet. I'm not sure how this "manager" came about but he absolutely 100% needs to have his training, leadership, people card REVOKED! I have never in my life seen a person in leadership treat a coworker, much less a BRAND NEW employee the way Miyah was treated today. Read more6820 W Main St, Kalamazoo, MI . I am completely disappointed with how I was treated on Christmas eve at this location. First while waiting for the food I ordered I seen the youth pick/scratch the inside of his nose. Then continue to bag my food and deliver it to me in the drive through window. I pulled around and parked. Walked into the lobby and asked for the manager. Said manager/supervisor was at the counter. I proceeded to explain to him what had transpired. The young man that I pointed out decided he would call me a liar. Not once but several times so while he is insulting me, I asked the manager why he wasn't addressing the youth. He stated that they are not allowed to embarrass the employees. Of course this created some anger in me as I was being insulted and called names. The manager said he will be handling it. I pointed out that the young man needs to go wash his hands before touches anything else. And I wanted their names (which I am not going to place on here) the manager then said it was his fault and he is very sorry and he will take care of it. I said that it was not his fault what that young man was doing but him not sending him off the floor and allowing him to continue to talk to me was. I will never return there.
