We ordered delivery, it never came. When we called to see where it was they said they are not delivering right now, I asked why they did not inform us right away and they said we need to come in and get our food. Once we arrived there they wanted us to pay for our food again! I let them know we already paid online and paid a delivery fee and tip and we didn't think it was necessary to pay again. They kept arguing with us about it and all of a sudden one of the workers started yelling a literally threw a loaf of bread at me! She did not just throw it she whipped it, wound up and all! I let her know I am calling the cops and she went in the back and grabbed her belongings and left! Meanwhile the manager was saying mom don't please don't do this... so the managers mom was the one who threw the loaf of bread at me! I put in a report to the police being as she had a bread knife in one hand and the loaf of bread in the other, thank God she didn't throw the knife! The police took a statement over the phone I said there was no need to come up there because the lady was gone and we wanted to leave anyways. Needless to say we left without any food and not knowing if our money was going to be refunded. After all of that I emailed corporate and they had an assistant manager call and apologize to me and say the employee was fired. That was it! No free meal to make up for the way were treated or anything! Also an assistant manager called wouldn't someone higher up do that? I tried to order delivery about a year after and anytime I do I get a notice saying delivery times are very long, this never happens at any other location why does it happen at this one all the time?! The worst part is I used to work at a jimmy John's ( different location) and we never would have treated a customer like that and we never had to turn customers away because we were to busy. This location is the worst!! They need a new owner that has an actual brain or shut that location down and let Maple Grove or Champlin...
Read moreMy online order was confirmed at 6:17. At 6:50 it finally arrived. I live 5 blocks away. I opened my bag and noticed right away that they gave me the wrong chips, so I called and they said they would bring the right one. Then I opened what was supposed to be an unwich (it wasn't) and called them back again. When I mentioned that I had waited a half hour for my food and most of it was wrong, and now I would have to wait even longer for the right order, I heard excuses about problems with the bread. Which is funny, because my order wasn't even supposed to have bread. When I asked what she could do for me I got attitude and she said, "I don't know what more I can do". Umm.....how about bring a coupon for a free sandwich? She told me she didn't k ow how to do that. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. You're the manager and you don't even have the ability to give someone a coupon? Anyway....this review is getting too long, but here it is 7:15 and I still don't...
Read moreUnfortunately we have had the same experience as many others leaving reviews. “Freaky Fast” at this location is far from reality.
Our shop is across CR 81 and out of convienence when we have meetings or a busy office day we have tried order food online. The last three times it’s taken over 45 minutes each time.
The last time we had to run over between meetings to grab the food only to have the young manager get an attitude right off the bat.
No apologies, just defensiveness. Refused to refund my delivery fee let along the order. As I walked out in frustration she said is the most condescending tone of voice “have a nice day”!
This location needs a major overhaul and attitude adjustment.
The regional manager did contact us and void the meal but frankly based off that conversation with him I can see where the problems trickle down. No more Osseo Jimmy...
