This new mexican restaurant in asio is as they say, "The Bomb!"
Ordered the Carne Asada Fries and Lindo Especial, and wow, so delicious. The flavor pops and spices are not overwhelming. The portions are very generous and the prices very reasonable.
I was greated by one of the owners, Monica (I hope I got that right, I haven't said it three times yet, lol) who was charming and delightful. Very friendly, and helped me look through the menu.
The dining area is spacious and clean and the decore bright and fanciful, with really interesting Mexican mosaic artwork on the walls.
You will do yourself well to check this place out. A great new addition to Osseo's expanding "Foodie Scene." Yummy Yum Yum - 5-Star plus.

We ate here for lunch and everything was so amazing! I got the tres Marias enchiladas and I was honestly surprised at how good everything was. The ground beef was very flavorful and a really great texture that's hard at achieve. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The mole poblano tasted just like the mole poblano from my favorite place where I used to live. The corn tortillas tasted homemade and the salsa and chips were excellent. We were even given individual bowls for salsa so we didn't have to worry about double dipping! The ambiance is excellent, my favorite part was the chandeliers, but it was all great. Ordered takeout for the Vikings game and the food was delicious! Very friendly staff. Ordered every flavor of street taco and the Al pastor was SO good and definitely the favorite. Hoping they add a veggie/potato or shrimp/fish/seafood street taco for my non-meat eating family members. The quesa birria taco was also so flavorful and the meat was so tender. I LOVE the choriqueso. It would also be amazing with just the cheese sauce and salsa/pico mixture (no chorizo) because it was so fresh!
