I have tried several times to speak with management at the Ossipee, N.H. location regarding the Cashier/drive-thru attendant (a younger man who seems physically ill). It is just awful he is rude if asked a question about your order (mind you, you are speaking loudly because he will not open the window). We treat ourselves to breakfast now because we do not want to deal with the young man at night. We sat in the parking lot waiting for our breakfast items that didn't all come in the 1st place for 40 minutes. I suspect we would have been sitting there longer had I not stopped one of the workers and asked him where our sandwiches were. I called approximately 25 minutes of waiting and was told rudely that they were trying their best and would get it out as soon as possible! The persons bringing the food to the vehicles changed because the prior person doing the deliveries had a disability (very sweet man). This emporium has my blessing in giving the disabled a job. Still, for God's sake, give them something they can handle rather than sending him out with a massive bag of food, knowing that you had approximately 12 cars waiting (some just left without their orders). It was hectic, and the man was just walking in circles calling a name; shame on your management! Shame on you! This restaurant is disgustingly dirty, and I know from other posts from people that all I am complaining about has pictures to back it up! Napoli Group llc Amherst NH, do something about...
Read moreI don't post a lot of negative but this was BAD. The order was wrong on the screen so I tried to mention it but the guy stopped replying. At the window he just put his hand out for payment without saying anything. I told him I needed to fix the order and he just put up a finger and closed the window. When he opened it again, I told him what was wrong and he looked for less than 2 seconds and replied, "I don't see what you're seeing" and then ran the card as it was. He also immediately went back to ignoring me. In addition to the headset, he was listening to music in his other ear and other than the above, wouldn't acknowledge or speak to me. At the pickup window, I let the woman know we were overcharged. She took the card, spoke to someone else, and came back with, "well we already made it, so you can have it like it is or we can try to figure out how to do a refund." At this point I was already frustrated so I said to just move on. We got our food and pulled into a spot to make sure it was all there. I also looked at the receipt, in addition to getting a double QPC instead of a single (for my 8 y/o), we were also charged for a large meal when I asked for medium, and didn't get the sauce for my other son's nuggets. I went into the restaurant where there was 5 employees at the front end and was completely ignored for 3 minutes (I was the only customer inside). I'm not sure if it was indifference, rudeness, or poor training but I'm glad this isn't my...
Read moreSometimes you think to yourself, "Eh, it's a McDonalds, don't set your standards too high." This particular location, even with the fast food expectation, is extra awful. I've only ever gone through the drive-thru, and each time I've left completely unsatisfied. It's not the food, that's ok, it's the service. I tried using the mobile app at the speaker box and nobody asked for a number, then when i asked at the window, the guy just ignored me and I had to ask again, three times! He very rudely tried telling me he can't scan it now, so finally I tapped my card. My total was supposed to be a few cents over $15, and for some reason, they were telling me that it was $18. Because I don't keep a lot of money on that card, I supposedly owed $2 more, which is how I found out and I asked him to cancel, remove an item, and run it again. He eventually gets the manager who also claims that even though the transaction is not complete, he can't cancel the order. He was nice enough to comp the meal even though I just wanted the correct amount. I will not be going back to this location until they figure out how to do their job and how to...
