Sam's Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Welp.. can't say (until now) that I've ever been at a restaurant waiting for food and had a patron stand 3 feet away from my booth , whip it out & start peeing on the floor. In front of other customers. Some with little kids. Oh & the group this customer was with had a little boy also. Anyways, after the shock wore off as I am standing on the seat of my booth, I tried to tiptoe my way around the disgusting mess. My group of people already ran up to the front counter because they decided it would be best to grab our order as a carryout and NOT eat around a huge pee puddle. Multiple customers had said something about the guy peeing to a worker, but I don't think it was registering, as I literally watched Mr. Pee-body himself go up to the counter, pay for his groups food & witnessed in horror as the cash wound up in the hands of a young male employee who was wearing gloves meant for those preparing food. The employee proceeded to count the cash and go on preparing food & slicing pizzas. 🤢🤮. Once it finally registered with the employees that an individual peed amongst the eating area, I watched as an employee started preparing a mop bucket in the same sink that they were washing spatulas in. 🤔 As someone who has worked in the food industry before, it just seemed a bit unsanitary to me , thus ruining my appetite. A police report was made about the grown a$$ man who publicly relieved himself (and no, the individual was not senile.. Some customers had called him out on his behavior & he smirked at them like a perv in a mugshot). The police said that they couldn't do anything because when they contacted Sam's pizza, the manager said that they didn't want to do anything about it & also, it's private property. Zero effs given, basically. Gross....

First time I had a few slices of Sam's pizza it was fresh, hot, cheesey melted like straight from the oven and I feel in love in so that I had to get my own box. WHEN I order my first medium size pizza with the exact same topping from Sam's Pizza it was completely opposite of being fresh out of the oven, hot and cheesy. Plus, my delivery came 20 minutes early then expected, it only took them 25 minutes to so call make pizza and deliver it to me. It did not dawn on me at the time that the pizza was not fresh and pre-made. But the facts of the cheese was not hot or melted at all but was stiff, pizza was just warm like not even Luke warm. More than likely the pizza had to be just sitting around for God knows how long to be brought because it was already pre-made. I was totally disappointed when it finally dawn on that this was not a fresh pizza. And when I started thinking how fast the delivery time the stiffness of the cheese and warmness of the pizza. It all made since.. So I made them aware of my first order several times and talk several people and they did nothing to rectify their service and they only told me I should made them aware when I got the pizza and even though it was my first time ordering and it absolutely didn't compare to the first trying the pizza. BOTTOM LINE SOMETIMES THE PIZZA IS NOT ALWAYS FRESH. FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER...

Service was not good we walked in and stood at the counter with 5 people behind the counter and no one said a word to us or tried to help us.. there was no sign telling you to order here or have a seat and we will take your order or anything.. so we went and sat down then realized we needed to go stand at the counter until someone finally asked if we wanted to order then we had to ask them about drinks because they don't even have anything on the menu ( that you have to find laying on the counter yourself).. then the pizza...we chose to go to Sam's because all the reviews I had read spoke highly of the food but I was less then in impressed the toppings and sauce was ok but the crust was like eating a hard flavorless frozen pizza crust. We ordered a cheese bread expecting cheese "bread" but it was literally a cheese pizza with no sauce on it to go along with the other cheese pizza we ordered. The beef roll pizza was ok but far from the best beef roll we have had I really went there hoping this place was going to be great and was very disappointed i would have been more satisfied just going down the road and ordering dominos and I don't care for chain type pizza places at all.
