So disappointed in the lacking customer service. I placed an online order on April 16 to be delivered May 4 for an anniversary. It didn't show up, so I called on May 5. The person on the phone made up some story about "someone" calling and saying to hold it until today. I asked who called and she avoided the question saying there must have been a miscommunication. With visiting Ottawa, I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. I’d like to thank the staff for their courteousness. I was running late (as usual) and the they attempted to delivery the flowers earlier, but we hadn’t arrived yet. They were kind enough to call later and check up on my status.
