Arby's — Restaurant in Ottumwa

Let's just start out with the girl at the drive through didn't have the g2 a brick possesses. She failed to get the order correct. I ordered the half pound number 5 which is a roast beef sandwich, and I got the smallest version of the sandwich. To make matters worse, I asked for Arby's sauce at the window, and she couldn't even get that part of it right. I don't know about you but eating a dry sandwich isn't the coolest thing in the world. My wife wanted a medium sized drink and fries, but they were out of medium drink sizes. I'm not sure exactly how that works. To me the roast beef wasn't all about warm either, I don't know if that was just me being ticked off at this point of the game, or what. My wife ended up eating only half of her meal as nothing ended up being right, add the whole experienced was ruined. Now I thought of actually contacting them and complaining, but I've had experience with that particular Arby's before where I complained and they said that they would give me some free food of some sort, and then when I went there they said they were not going to honor that. I'm not sure what is up with that either, but I sure as hell wasn't going to go in there and waste my time with them any further either. Truthfully, I really don't want any free product anyway comma I just want the order right the first time. If I could write this experience at less than zero I would...

It was okay it's not good like it used to be. I miss the big Montana sandwich. They really need to bring it back and put it in a reasonably priced meal and not make it a $12 sandwich on its own. I want the 5.99 Montana in the 7.99 meal. They need to bring the potato Puffs back and they changed the Jamocha shake it doesn't taste the same. The regular roast beef should be on the 2/$6 menu and left there. Things should be left alone people want what they want we don't want $3 chicken nuggets we don't want a beef and cheddar on an onion bun and you need to change the curly fries back so that they're actually curly fries and not little pieces of hard to eat...

So I decided to go in and get some late lunch.. I'm assuming it was the manager who asked the employee which was a guy to take my order so he stopped sweeping behind the counter around the food drop the broom picked it back up wearing no gloves and then came over to the cash register and took my order handled my money went to get my food no gloves on never washed his hands he touched my fries with his bare hands and was coughing towards them so as I'm driving down the road I threw them out.
