Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ottumwa

Food was good. Server was friendly, however they messed up our order.... We ordered 2 meaty marinara pastas with bread sticks and boneless wings... however when the meal came out, the waitress brought out an Alfredo pasta along with 1 meaty marinara. She said they made a mistake, and they were making the other (correct pasta dish) we were told the Alfredo was on the house as it was their mistake...we don't really like the Alfredo, but there it was. Also, pizza hut has this weird idea that ranch dressing is not part of a buffalo wings meal, and marinara is also an added cost with bread sticks...that's just stupid and greedy.... Back to the order.... So, as I said before, the food was good (minus not liking their Alfredo sauce...just an opinion, I'm sure other people love it), but after getting down the road, we noticed that the ticket had the freaking Alfredo on the bill... That's right boys and girls... We had to pay for their mess up! Now I'll take responsibility for NOT paying attention to the bill, but really??? I think that was added in the hopes that we would not notice...I guess they were right. But guess what Ottumwa wings street/pizza hut... The $6 or so dollar fist up my backside and the charging for condiments means I won't be back... They may or may not care, but that's an expensive trade off. I'm also guessing that others have felt this way but just won't say anything... They just...

If I could give 0 I would. That RUDE BUT RACIST STAFF!!!! WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered carry out with a drink. Didn't realize there's some unwritten rule where you could not ask to have your drink you ordered after ordering. Asked the manager who took my order she asked another guy to grab them he makes them then just leaves it there. So I proceed to ask one of the waitresses who passed by me ... gives me a dirty look and says yes hold on. Walks over to the manager and just stands there. Does nothing 5 min later proceeds to get the drink but waits on the guy who was supposed to have gotten me the drink 10 min ago to make sure they're mine. Finally brings them over. I Continue too wait with my employees who'd be fired for treating people as such. Next some short looking weirdo rushes up from behind to say "your order is ready can you go pay NOW!" we pay we leave. One of my employees goes back in because they forgot to give her napkins as well and hears the so called manager and another employee say " I couldn't wait for them to leave!"..... Just because Trump is President doesn't mean you Racists can carry on as if were back in the stone age. It's 2017 with your underpaid old/ young educated people!!!!! ....

Haven’t been here for a while. Was thoroughly disappointed. We were unsure of what we wanted when we first sat down so asked for a couple extra minutes. We got an extra 30 minutes. I was getting ready to call our order in from our table when our waiter came to get it from us finally. The food was great, minus the sauce for our breadsticks. It was complete liquid and no taste. It seemed like they put enough sauce in water to make it red and that was it. Also, the new owners maybe should get on the ball with the liquor license, and stop in and see how their employees are doing once in a while. Or at the very least have a decent manager on every shift that knows what they are doing!! This is my favorite pizza, but will most likely not be back for a while again to give them time to get their...
