It took me way too long to get to @auroracafeandbakery in OP. It is rare that everything I order, I would order again….nothing was a miss with our order. We had the lemon concha, the crème brûlée concha, and the concha danish. All were very different but delicious. The crème brûlée is sweet, this would be a lot to eat alone but I understand why it is selling out every day. It has flavors you cannot get anywhere else. The lemon was refreshing and light and went perfect with my coffee. The danish was exactly what you think. It is dough and a sweet cream and some fruit perfect. As if that wasn’t enough food, we also had the vegetarian croissant breakfast sandwich. The eggs and sun-dried tomatoes were great. My only note is that I would put chili crunch on it. They sell @jchang.kitchen chili crunch and it would be the perfect addition.
Lastly, do not sleep on the chocolate chip cookie. It is so freaking good. It is soft and crispy all at the same time with great chocolate and...
Read moreHidden gem that I’d say is one of the best cafes we’ve ventured to! Pure deliciousness in everything we’ve tried. You can tell the owners have put in a lot of thought & effort into the food they offer. We went on Saturday morning so a limited menu is available, but that should not deter you from going. The crème brûlée conchita had vanilla bean creme filling that was absolute perfection, not too sweet but still a treat! The sweet potato empanada was also just as tasty.. think the best sweet potato pie filling you’ve ever had in a sugar dusted crust. My s/o had the breakfast sandwich on croissant & I had the turkey manchego on a croissant - both packed with flavor & freshness!
I wish they were closer to my home base & I’d be a daily visitor, but until I make my way again, I will be replaying the moments their food hit my tastebuds. Well done, Chefs!

The bread itself is fluffy and soft, surprisingly not too sweet. The crunchy topping is sweeter but for the plainer concha not as sweet as you'd expect.
Hibiscus: Sweet, tart, delicious.
Cinnamon roll: Minor gripe is the slightly grainy cream cheese frosting, but the cinnamon roll itself is great.
Peach horchata cold foam latte: If you like the level of sweetness of a Starbucks frappé, this is for you. I liked it.
Creme brulee with salted caramel: The hard sugar shell reminded me of kettle corn. Perfect for salty and sweet lovers (or caramel popcorn lovers).
Lime: My personal favorite. I loved the subtle...
