BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Overland Park

Awful. I placed an order through the app, I picked up the order, and when I got home half of the order was missing. I tried calling twice, no answer, called again and was sent to voicemail, and then finally on the 4th call they answered. I told them what happened and they remade my food. When I got there they offered me a “free drink” and apologized. A free drink isn’t going to pay for the gas I had to use to come all the way back. Now I have to drive back and by the time I get back my husband will have to reheat his food and so will I because I requested a refund to where they said there was no manager and they couldn’t do it but they could call her. They called her and she’s doing it remote from another location but here it’s been 20 minutes of waiting for a solution. In my opinion there should always be a manager or someone on duty to handle these situations. Not having to make the customer wait and wait for a resolution. It’s sad because I love the food at bibibop, but I won’t go to this location again. The staff needs a support or manager on duty.

I need to add that the girl that was trying to help was very sweet, I don’t blame her, but there needs to be someone always there that can do this...

The food here was good but the service left something to be desired. The young lady at the counter was completing orders received prior to our arrival. She took quite a bit of time before looking up to acknowledge our presence and when she did there was no smile or genuine greeting. She informed us she'd be completing those orders before she'd help us. We left and almost purchased food elsewhere but really had a taste for the food from this restaurant. When we returned we weren't greeted, it was almost as if we were bothering this young lady. We proceeded to order. There was never a sign that this person appreciated our business at all. We weren't even thanked when we paid. While I know a lot of people are stretched thin these days this young lady's behavior was such a turn off I doubt we'll be returning or recommending this establishment. It's a shame cause the food is good and healthy as well, hence the three stars 🌟 provided in this review. Truly incredible healthy TASTY fast food. I can't believe Google didn't recommend this when I was searching for quick restaurants on my drive through Kansas City off I-70. I could easily eat here every day if I had this restaurant close to where I live in Decatur, IL. Everything is already made, so just point and put it in your bowl. I tried all the different proteins, and the miso glazed salmon was my favorite followed closely by the Korean Bulgogi beef BBQ and the crispy Korean chicken. Super fresh toppings with kale and sweet potato noodles as my base with a bit of extra purple rice and yellow saffron rice.
