If I could give this location zero stars I would.First off the portions were insanely small wouldn’t even satisfy a kid and the workers were very rude and rushing just wanting to pretty much get rid of you as fast as possible.I got only one scoop of rice and literally 2 falafels like you should be ashamed of yourself for even agreeing to only add two pieces to my bowl. Then as I moved along to the topping section the lady literally gave me like two toppings and pushed my bowl to the checkout cashier when I wasn’t even done yet I told her I wanted olives she gave me the bottom of the tin which was like maybe 4-5 olives and also looked at me like I had picked alot of toppings,I felt very uncomfortable.I mean I’m a paying customer and going to this location made me feel like they were doing me a favor or something like seriously you need to check on these employees because they clearly don’t want to work. The guy scooping the rice was extremely rude and he pretty much came out to the patio to shut one umbrella hinting at us to leave even though they weren’t closed yet and we still had 15 minutes until closing time.I understand that you want to go home but you really don’t realize how rude this is to make a customer feel unwanted.I will never support...
Read moreEdit: I unfortunately had to reduce my rating. Over the past few months this location has rapidly declined. The staff is unhappy and unfriendly and they now use tiny spoons to disperse the vegetables. They'll give you 3 pickles in your 15$ salad and act like you're pulling their teeth when you ask for more. They also no longer offer a complimentary slice of pita.
Shout out to Emily, Julia, and Theresa. There was also another guy there who was very nice but I didn't get his name. The manager was so nice and corrected all hiccups to the best of her ability. The energy was great and the food was magnificent. We can't wait to come back.
Also, the manager displayed such good leadership. She validated her employees multiple times and admitted her own mistakes if she made one. She also asked us to write this review but she made sure to tell us her employees names but not her own. It stuck out to me so much I made sure I checked her name tag. It was refreshing and I hope she reads this bc she earned my respect in the short...
Read moreI am going to start with the positive parts of our visit: The bowl finisher/cashier was very sweet and fast. The saffron rice, falafel and crazy feta were amazing! The line was full of fresh pans of food that all looked delicious.
Unfortunate parts of our visit included a 30 min wait to order with only 5 people in line in front of us, no readable menu descriptions of anything until it's your turn to order (guaranteed to be slowing the line down), very slow service from the initial bowl/pita builder, and they were out of tzatziki & yogurt sauce, a main feature for this style of food for many. We would have left if we knew that beforehand. The whole system behind the line and in the back looked like literal chaos, and I didn't enjoy the ordering process at all. There were no napkins present in any dispensers, and all the tables were dirty. (This was at 8:00 pm, so the dinner rush was long over).
We want to love this place, but will look at ordering to go in the future, we won't be...
