The food has always been top notch, but the service was awful. It was a busy Friday evening and the dinner rush was in full swing. There was a miscommunication and my husband (after ordering) started walking towards a booth by the window and Ryan (server) was directing where people would sit. This isn’t a hostess-take-you-to-your-establishment but sit where-you-like. Since it was a Friday evening they were directing people to sit. When Ryan saw my husband walking towards a booth, because my husband didn’t know he was being made to sit by an employee, I heard Ryan say “so he’s going to sit wherever he wants?!” In which I replied, “he didn’t hear you” and Ryan didn’t know I heard him. We were a party of 4 and squeezed into a booth closer to the kitchen and the booth by the window would have sat our party more comfortably but we didn’t have a choice and when ryan sat us down, he justified sitting us in the smaller booth instead of the window booth because it will sit a party of 5-6. Fine, whatever. We didn’t want to make a fuss and “go viral”. A few minutes later ryan sat a party of two (older white couple) at the booth my husband was initially walking towards. My husband and I are a bi-racial family, btw. Is Ryan racist? I don’t think so, but racially bias? Most likely. Do better Spin. Or at least don’t be so obvious about your bias and sit the white couple in the booth meant for a larger party,...
Read moreMy wife took my daughters and their friends to this establishment for dinner for homecoming. They ordered their pizzas ahead so it would take less time for them to be at this establishment. The manager Steven told my family that they could not stay their and needed to leave. Considering that we were shortening the time that they would be at the restaurant by ordering ahead I do not understand why the manager and their staff took it upon themselves to be rude, glare and tell my family and their guests that they needed to leave. When I called to discuss this with Steven he was quite rude and told me that it was policy to not let guests that have ordered ahead to eat at this restaurant. I will be asking Spin! corporate where this policy can be found. Rest assured we will never patronage this establishment again. I will be contacting Spin! Pizza's corporate offices on Monday to discuss the manager's treatment of my family. As a business owner myself, I cannot in any capacity comprehend how our experience this evening makes any logical business sense nor would a treat a paying...
Read moreWhatever happened to customer service? I love their pizza but I like it cooked longer so it's crispy, not too much to ask. The kid behind the counter said he'll let the cooks know. It took some time but I finally found a clean table. Waitress showed up and dropped off my water and silverware and that's the last time I saw her. I had to go up and ask the kid behind the counter for a plate, he was distracted on his phone with his back to the dining area. If you want to play on your phone you should clock out. Pizza arrived and of course it wasn't crispy like I asked. My waitress never came back so I didn't say anything. Had to go up to get my own carryout container because my waitress had vanished, told the kid behind the counter that my pizza wasn't right, he mumbled something about being sorry. If you're gonna have kids running the front of the restaurant maybe they should have some adult supervision and guidance - pathetic. Customer...
