Food was actually decent, got black bean wrap with waffle fries. Also got a chicken Philly wrap, was spicy but full of flavor. Tried the chocolate martinis which were okay but way over priced for a cocktail drink. Beers are priced reasonably but if youre going to over charge on cocktail drinks its not worth us going for cheap beer. You have to serve outstanding food if youre going to charge higher drink prices. Staff was friendly but not "wow factor" like Redrock. Waitress couldn't answer simple menu questions and had to run to the kitchen a few times which wasn't a big deal but shows they lack in training. Service was decent because no one was there. Not sure they would hold up on a busy night. I'd go back if they had better cocktail drink specials, cheaper apps during happy hour, and MENUS!! Yeah, I said menus- more to come on that shenanigans. $8 apps on "selected" menu items but they had no menu to tell you which ones they were and the waitress didn't know either. The other extremely annoying thing was they didn't give you menus. When we go out to dinner we don't bring our phones. The whole point is to enjoy each other's company after a long day at work. The fact I had to get up and walk back to my car to get my cell phone so I could order food in your restaurant is an absolute joke!! Do you expect me to make the food too??!! Whats worse is they actually hand out menus at the bar! So you mean to tell me you made me go on a hike because your staff wasn't observant enough to go get menus for patrons that don't care to be glued to their phones 24/7???!! This is why they are not getting a good review. Food establishments need to understand its all about customer service. You want to stay in business you need to treat your customers with respect! Why is everyone so uncomplecent and lazy these days. So if you want to over pay for okay food and less than par service here's the...

Update: we decided to stop in for a live band this weekend. The place was pretty busy, and seemed to have quite a few "young people" that appeared to be and act under age. They were carding at the door, so I guess we can't blame the security staff if some fakes slipped through. We ended up changing tables/sections to see the band a little better, and to get away from the crowd of kids next to us. Our first server did great! The next one, McKenna, not so much. It was loud, so I can understand if she struggled to hear us, but I ordered a single well drink. Upon closing out, the tab read for a double premium drink that was $14. I pointed out the issue, and she was ok with correcting it. When the couple that was with us went to close out, he was also charged for numerous double premium drinks that weren't ordered. The server fought him on the tab, and said she had checked the video to confirm that he was served the premium drink. This could not have happened in the 2secs she had stepped away she then changed her story to stated that she had personally seen the pour. From where we were sitting, I could easily see that she never visited the bar long enough to ever watch the bar. Point: lying is never a good practice. To make things worse, when my cousin agreed to just pay the wrong tab and end the tension, the server added gratuity to the tab of roughly $40. I would consider this theft all day long. He is now going through the reporting processes with the CC company to remove the charge. We will NEVER go to a business that allows its employees to...
Read moreWe have been here before and really enjoyed the food and drinks, but on our second visit, we weren't impressed with any part of our meal. We came for happy hour, and sat for nearly 30 minutes before our server allowed us to order an appetizer. She explained to us at one point that if she took our order she may not be able to remember another table's order.... My boyfriend and I are both past servers and try to be understanding and patient, but this problem could be easily avoided by simply writing down orders. After waiting almost 30 minutes to order our appetizer, we waited another 20 minutes for our appetizer, and received our dinner 5 minutes after the appetizer had reached the table. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza to share. I usually like buffalo chicken, and my boyfriend loves all spicy foods. But this pizza was another level of spice. I'm sure the kitchen or someone had made the sauce wrong, because we were both sweating profusely. I'm writing this review 12 hours after eating this pizza and my lips still burn. We ordered waters (our beers were getting low) and had to wait 20 minutes to receive them as we sat with our mouths on fire, nothing to drink. When she finally showed up with our waters, she told us "Thanks for being patient", and offered no apology. We barely touched our pizza, and explained to our server that it was abnormally hot. She didn't really seem to care, just explained that she doesn't like spicy food so she doesn't eat this pizza. We waited another 20 minutes for our ticket, alongside another table of hers that clearly was ready to leave as well. We really liked this place the first time we came, and left...
