The guy yelled at me at an event for Benedictine College. It was in regards to me not hearing him call my name for my order, which was my mistake. Nevertheless he rudely yelled at me when I came by the window to ask about the gelato. I would hope that the guys service would be better at smaller events, and that his outburst was just due to the stress of the larger event he was at. They were serving at an event we attended. The vibe was all fun and spectacle with colorful lights and 70s sounds, the truck really has fantastic presence and a party atmosphere.

The products were delicious, refreshing and generally two thumbs up. Was a quick process to order, the folks were super friendly and quality was above expectations. Kid approved, and I...
