I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a culinary journey at "Ruchi indian cuisine," and it was a delightful experience that left a lasting impression. Nestled in a charming corner of the city, the restaurant exuded an inviting ambiance with its warm lighting, rustic decor, and a touch of modern elegance.
Ambiance and Decor: ruchi indian cuisine ambiance was both cozy and sophisticated, striking a perfect balance that made it suitable for an intimate dinner or a casual gathering. The dim lighting added a touch of romance, while the thoughtful decor elements created a sense of comfort and familiarity.
Service: The service at ruchi indian cuisine was commendable. The staff members were courteous and well-trained, making us feel welcomed from the moment we entered. Our server was attentive and offered detailed explanations of the dishes, displaying a genuine passion for the culinary delights the restaurant had to offer.
Cuisine: ruchi indian cuisine menu was an exploration of diverse flavors, with a focus on using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The chef's dedication to quality and creativity was evident in each dish, which were thoughtfully crafted to tantalize the taste buds.
Appetizers: To begin our culinary journey, we tried the roasted cauliflower and quinoa salad. The combination of textures and flavors was delightful, with the nutty quinoa complementing the tender cauliflower, all brought together by a tangy vinaigrette. We also savored the crispy shrimp tempura, which was perfectly fried and accompanied by a delectable dipping sauce.
Main Courses: For the main course, I opted for the pan-seared sea bass served with a lemon butter sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and moist, with the sauce adding a burst of citrusy goodness. My dining companion chose the herb-marinated grilled chicken, which was succulent and seasoned just right.
Vegetarian Options: ruchi indian cuisine caters excellently to vegetarians, offering a variety of plant-based dishes that do not compromise on taste. The grilled vegetable platter was a medley of vibrant veggies, drizzled with a balsamic glaze, and it was a true delight.

Read moreThe food is top notch in terms of quality. It's honestly some of the best Indian food I've ever had. The food is pricey, but the portions are generous so you get what you pay for. If you don't leave feeling completely stuffed it's your own fault because of how much food you get combined with how rich and filling it is. The only reason I dont give it a 5 star rating is because the service is slow. When you come here, dont expect your food right away since no matter what you order everything takes a long time to make and due to this the servers only come around very minimally. Not that I need them to interact with me a lot, but when you need something they are never around at the moment you need anything and then you're at the mercy of when you see them in order to ask for something, which you never know when that will be. Not that this is a huge deal, but they never use ice when serving water, which I can live with, but they never serve the water cold, which would be helpful in it being more satisfying to drink, especially when your mouth heats up from the spiciness of the food. Also. There can sometimes be misunderstandings when speaking to the servers to ask them questions about the menu. My mom, sister, friend, and I ordered the Tali dinner and we were confused about which soup it came with. Because we thought it was one or the other, we all clarified which soup we wanted and were served bowls of soup separately from what already comes with the Tali dinner, which we thought seemed different than how we remember getting the soup portionwise in the past. We just assumed they just switched up the portion size to a bowl and took it as it was and ate and enjoyed the soup because we didn't know it already came with smaller portions of both and the server didn't understand what we were truly asking to begin with. Because of this misunderstanding, the 4 full size bowls of soup we all got to start that we didn't expect that way ending up costing $8 a piece, bumping our entire ticket up by $32, which is a considerable difference due to a language barrier based misunderstanding. Since we all ate it and accepted it, we did not complain and paid for it as it was, but lesson learned for...
Read moreOne day my partner and I said lets go try some Indian food, and just like that we set off on a culinary pilgrimage that landed us at Ruchi's. We were greeted very warmly when we walked through the door. Not like one of those fake greets you might get somewhere else either; no we felt truly ushered in.
We told the waiter we didn't know what to order, we've never had Indian food before and he spent some time quizzing us to get to know us. Like that he had a recommendation and was off to put the order in. He brought out all kinds of samples while we waited and I felt like I made a friend.
He told us all kinds of cool stories about the food and what we should try, and even gave us a free appetizer (Which was yum, try the samosa please). Then the manager came out and did the same thing! He talked to us, told us about his restaurant showed us some rewards he got for best Indianan food and gave us some free mango drinks. Then the food came, omg the best part the food! For one, there was a lot; Like A lot of food. everything tasted so good too. We left so full we could barely walk, I couldn't help myself. You know that eating you do when your full but can't stop because it tastes so damn good. Yeah, it was like that.
We've gone back several times since then, and the manager and our waiter buddy remembers us every time we come in. We try something different every time and leave happy and full; counting the days until we come back to try something else.
What started off as an adventure has become our new tradition. Date night at Ruchi's. Great people, great food, but doesn't feel like the "service" like you would come to expect from other places(which is a good thing). This place comes off as genuine, and is different. It feels like... this is that kind of service, where they just love food and love people. You can't fake that.
Oh as for my favorite dish so far, Mango Chicken. (Absolutely fire!) (Order their mango drink too, it's not on the menu, but it's...
