The pizza is good, and the one thing you can count on here is terrible employees! I'm waiting in line and a employee is cleaning and running the cash register. He asked me if I needed help and I said I wanted a slice of pepperoni. He grabs the pizza cutter without washing his hands and without gloves. It's cool...I'm hungry.
He then sliced the pizza and told me to go ahead and pay down there motioning to the cash register. He then picked up my pizza bare handed (still no wash) with painted black fingernails and started to walk toward the oven. I told him I didn't want it anymore and he got mad and mouthy. I explained to him I didn't want him touching my slice, and he replied, "that's how it's done." I asked him if he was going to wash his hands or put gloves on; he immediately had a bad attitude.
As I was walking out, I told him I can assure him he's supposed to not bare hand my pizza and he said they've done it this way for 35 years. I said I'll take a hard pass and he said whatever.
In the past, I have observed them do other questionable things such as make pizza's while texting and bouncing back and forth between the register and touching customers food. Check out the other reviews. Also, they clean with rags and a bucket, then grab pizza like it's no big deal. We usuallking out y just laugh about it...but I've had it with there lack of care for...
Read moreThis by far was the worst lunch that I have ever had when you walk through the door you expect pizzas to be sitting there looking fresh and appetizing all these pizzas look like they had been sitting there for a while and that they were cold you just know what the look of cold pizza looks like there was no napkins by the soda machines the flavor was Out on the pink lemonade and there were multiple dirty tables in the lobby as well as me being served my gyro and fries on a dirty pizza pan The gyro meat was dried out like it had been overcooked or overheated the tomato slices were entirely too big as were the onion slices the Tazaki sauce was extremely watery my french fries were unseasoned and that was all of the big 10 french fries that I had and the ranch taste like it had been stretched out with water I could’ve done better with a bag of Ore-Ida crinkle cut french fries that I made myself and seasoned that’s exactly what they looked like i’m not one to complain about food but that was a horrible experience and due to my 12 hour shift at the corporate office down the street and my lunch break ending soon I had no choice but to eat the food that I was given and no time to have anything else made once again bad experience I don’t think that I will be returning to this place If I could give it half a star I would...
Read moreI have now been here three times twice on lunch and once for dinner with my family I have to say the dinner experience was awful. It’s the first time I actually ordered a whole pizza instead of getting the slices. We ordered two large pizzas one pepperoni and one sausage six drinks and three salads and it was $80. We went to get our salads and the Worker told us we could only have three toppings on each of our salads. That’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard in my life why can’t I have more toppings they cost you $.10 each for the salad and I just spent $80. I forgot about the no cheese and no peppers at your seat. You literally have to get your slice of pizza up from your table and go to a station to put Parmesan or peppers on your pizza slice it’s so weird. The worst part about it is the pizza was oily and tasted like Casey’s pizza but flattened to resemble New York style pizza grease was everywhere and it just wasn’t very good. I won’t be back. They also had half the restaurant blocked off with chairs and “caution slippery floor” signs I think because they just didn’t want to clean half the restaurant so my kids had to climb over chairs to access the arcade games which by the way mostly didn’t work and kept eating their money. I’m surprised this place stays open in...
