Dining at Fazoli’s is a delightful experience that seamlessly blends affordability with the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance, reminiscent of a cozy Italian trattoria. The décor, with its tasteful touches and subtle charm, sets the stage for a memorable meal.
The menu at Fazoli’s is a celebration of classic Italian flavors, offering a variety of dishes that cater to diverse palates. The breadsticks, which are complimentary, are a highlight – perfectly baked, golden, and brushed with a tantalizing hint of garlic butter. They serve as a delightful prelude to the main courses.
Their pastas, from the hearty Spaghetti with Meatballs to the creamy Fettuccine Alfredo, are cooked to perfection and generously portioned. Each bite is a testament to the quality of ingredients and the care taken in preparation. The rich, savory sauces are well-balanced and complement the pasta beautifully.
The pizza, with its crisp crust and flavorful toppings, is another standout. The Margherita, with fresh basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella, is a simple yet exquisite choice that never disappoints.
For those seeking lighter fare, the salads are fresh and vibrant, with a variety of dressings that enhance rather than overwhelm the natural flavors of the greens and vegetables.
The service at Fazoli’s, particularly from Meme, is consistently attentive and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to ensure that every diner has a pleasant experience. Their commitment to hospitality is evident in every interaction, making each visit feel special.
In addition to the delightful food and excellent service, Fazoli’s offers remarkable value. The prices are reasonable, making it an ideal spot for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a quality meal without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, Fazoli’s stands out as a gem among casual dining establishments. It combines the comforting flavors of Italian cuisine with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a long-time fan or a first-time visitor, Fazoli’s promises a dining experience that is both satisfying...
Read moreI went to my favorite Fazoli's (see previous 5 star review below) went in to use the super family meal reward, and was told to go only, quite rudely by the GM James, and that's not quite what im used to here. So I had James come to the front to talk to me. I understand it's fast food and it sucks to be in management, I have friends that previously worked as management in restaurants and they definitely say it sucks. My management experiences in management are industrial, and it sucks too. James doesn't need to be rude to customers, he's not willing to work with them to help find a resolution, and doesn't mind raising his voice to customers. He then accused my wife of complaining about the same issue and posting a 1 star review recently. I looked at one star reviews and with a little search found a picture of Ms. Denny, and she does look similar, but not exactly alike. James also told me he didn't know the name of the franchise owner, which I find incredibly difficult to believe. I did a quick Google search and found the name of the franchise owner, Perry Pelton, and I would love to hear from them. If nothing else a sign in the lobby, or an owner contacting corporate and requesting the reward specify carry out only would help your customers and your team.
I live near Topeka, but make it to KC several times a year. Often my family will decide to go to Fazoli's, and we will go out of out of our way, to go to the Overland Park location. We seem to always get food that is fresh and prepared consistently, I appreciate that. The real reason we go to Overland Park is the people, they always have the nicest staff. This visit Cristi was working the register, as well as taking care of the dining room. She was super busy and still greeted everyone with a great attitude, and made my experience truly 5 stars. My son would like to add that Cristi made sure he never ran out of hot bread sticks, which is his...
Read moreI am writing this because this is the 2nd time this has happened at this particular Fazoli's restaurant so I am beginning to suspect something. The first time this happened was a few weeks ago and I just chalked it up to a simple mistake however the same thing happened tonight so I wanted to bring it to your attention.
I just went to Fazoli's #5951 at 12045 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS 66209, 7:46 pm. I placed my order, went to the window and gave the employee my debit card....waited, he gave me my drink and I waited.....then he hands me a receipt but not my debit card. When I asked him for my card he said he gave it to me already. I replied "No you didn't". He pretended to look around (and I say pretended because his head was looking left when he picked up my card without looking) and he says "oh here it is." and hands me my debit card.
So again, the same thing happened a few weeks prior except I just dismissed that as a simple mistake but now that it happened twice at the same location, I am starting to suspect something. I am writing this so there is a record of it happening. The fact that I waited so long for my order and debit card to be returned makes me think someone was copying the information off the card. I am going to be watching my account closely and also writing my bank to report this incident.
Two times, the same incident where the employee "mistakenly" keeps my card is suspect and there were no cars behind me in the drive thru, so they weren't busy. Anyway, if these were just honest mistakes the drive thru people need to work on it but if it is something more I just want people...
