McDonald's — Restaurant in Overland Park

Went through drive thru. Girl taking our order very curt and unfriendly. Ordered 4 McDoubles, McChicken, fries and three large drinks. Ordered the McDoubles because a big sign at the beginning of the drive thru said Buy one get second one for $1. When we got to the window and she told us our total, we knew right away somethingwas wrong because it was a lot higher than we calculated. Asked her if the sandwiches were buy one get one for a dollar and she said angrily no and gave us the most hateful look. Pulled up to second window and manager was there. They gave us our food and they gave us double cheeseburgers instead of McDoubles. Told her this was not what we ordered and we'd like to see our receipt because the first gal never gave us one. The girl giving us our food who was working the window with the manager said you get your receipt when you pay; she should have given it to you, and asked if we really wanted it. We said yes, and she said we would have to drive around again and ask the first girl for it when we came through again. Manager said no I can do it, but yet still couldn't figure out how to get us a receipt, and asked us to come inside.

By that time drive thru was packed and parking lot was filling up so we decided to cut our losses and leave. This is the second time this location has screwed us with not only the iincorrect food by not charging us the advertised...

Placed a curbside order waited 45min waiting on my daughters order called the store and let them know I had a 2 part order and my daughter never got her order. The very rude girl answered and said it said staged( although the happy meal had the curbside number on it) and they didn't know where the order went supposedly talked to all the cars never came to our car to ask but the whole time we were there we saw one other pull up for mobile order and pulled and waited for drive thru. She then exclaimed they had her order and we can come inside and get it if we want and hung up the phone. Very poor customer service at this location I don't know the blonde headed girl was crew or Manger but she was very rude and unprofessional. Took a personal call while my daughter was standing at the counter getting her order since they never brought it out and drive thru was empty at the time she went in to get her order.very very unprofessional and very very rude I do not recommend this location! I placed my order through the drive thru, the crew member working the drive thru did not verify my order. As a result I did not receive the fries that I ordered at the drive thru speaker. Once I realized my fries were not in the bag I had to drive back to location to find out he never even rang them up. I ordered a large fry, the fries were cold and very salty. Once I tasted my large sweet tea it was apparent that it was old and had not been made fresh anytime recently, when I asked the crew member if there was any fresh sweet tea he shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. I took his response and me not being welcome at that location. I quickly left the store and I would never recommend anyone visit the location with poor service and food, which is sad because it a very nice location but the service I received combined the meal I paid for were not good and completely out of norm compared to other locations I...
